An amazing find! This store is awesome, from all the oils to see and try to the tasting bars. The staff is excited about their product and eager to help you. They also ship their items! I tried the chocolate marshmellow balsamic and it really did have those flavors! The store was so unique and well organized, I am so happy we took a stroll in. I could visit this store every time I'm there, oh wait, I do! Need one of these in Walker, LA area! Hint hint!!! They was out of the bread dipping herbs I like BUT I'm able to order them online. You're able to taste test everything but make sure the person you walk in with can handle watching you sip on balsamic vinegar LOL my husband thought I was weird! As we was walking out I saw they had a huckleberry balsamic vinegar and about died. It tasted so good. As I debated on getting it the young man working there gave me the web address so I could order it from home. We left and walked down the sidewalk a bit and then I turned around and went back in and got it. I would have kicked myself if I had waited to order it. The bottle was $30.00 but I'll be the only one using it so it will last a long time. read more

I love these types of shops. Most tourist places I visit seem to have a shop that specializes in olive oils and balsamic vinegars. So the concept is they have lots of olive oil and balsamic vinegars to choose from. Most are infused with other flavors. You can sample them before selecting. So I racked up on a few bottles of oils and vinegar before I left town. The folks that work here are very knowledgable about their products. I'm rating them 4 stars and not 5 because the oils and vinegars are a little on the expensive side. Still great products. read more

Evilo is a cute shop with a ton of different oils and vinegars! I ended up trying Lemon Pepper Olive oil, Sage and Onion Olive Oil, and the 8 star Balsamic vinegar! The lemon pepper is a little spicy and the sage and onion has a great flavor! The balsamic vinegar was a tad sweet but still gave the bite of a vinegar! Rebecca was working and I asked her for her "sales pitch" as I had never been in before! She was so knowledgeable and made fantastic recommendations on what you could use each product for! I was so impressed that she gave me a sales pitch that made be by both the Sage and Onion oil and the balsamic vinegar! She also mentioned they have online ordering and nationwide shipping! I definitely suggest you make time to visit this store! read more

This is my Favorite place to go! The employees truly know what they are doing & a smile never leaves their face the entire we are in there! They are "Try before you Buy", which is great! I always leave with bags full of delicious items! They carry not only balsamic vinegars & olive oil but mouth watering seasonings, finishing salts, easy to make dips & soups! This place is amazing. I love Olive oil and have been to two stores like this in Los Angeles. I was thrilled to see this store and had to try it. The oils are so flavorful and fresh. The vinegars are amazing. I bought several great flavors. The sales worker was great and recommend a few for us that we tasted and bought as well. You can taste everything and they had bread to dip and taste in the mixes As well. I highly recommend this place! read more

Yesterday was our first time in this store. The quality & variety of flavor infused olive oils & balsamic vinegars are fabulous! They have sample cups & soft , fresh bread so you can try each one before buying it. They're absolutely delicious & some of the flavors are downright creative! The store manager was very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. We bought the garlic/wild mushrooms infused oil, Tuscan herb oil & lavender balsamic vinegar. Yummy! Be prepared to spend a little money tho. The small 50ml bottles were $9, the medium 200 ml are $18 & I believe the large 500ml are $35. They sell online too, so you could always taste in person & buy later if you needed to. Well worth the visit. read more

Love the name of course but the oils and vinegars are delicious! The store and staff are very nice and inviting. I could have spent all day tasting. Can't wait to go back to stock up on more mushroom/garlic oil and red wine vinegar and get some new ones. read more
