Let's start off with what I don't like...umm I can't think of one thing that I don't like but I have a million reasons otherwise. The quality....the clothing is built to last. I've had t-shirts that are at least 5 years old and they look practically new after many washes. No fading at all. I have totes, crossbody bags, socks, keychains, candles...and various other clothing items. No complaints whatsoever. The store is beautiful, rustic, nostalgic and pays homage to the area where the store is situated. I miss the downtown location but the store in the Strip serves us well. I had heard this shop moved here into the Terminal, but I was not familiar with the brand. It's a nice little shop with cool decor. It is designed to look retro. They even have an old classic Triumph motorcycle on display. What caught our eye was a shirt displayed on an outside rack with a crying pirate on it that said . . . "Actually There's A Lot of Crying in Baseball," which is very apropos to our local Major League team here in Pittsburgh. The shirt was $36. We bought one for a Father's Day gift. I was surprised to learn that the return policy on shirts is one year . . . ONE YEAR!! That's kinda crazy, but apparently they are supposedly good quality, and made in the U.S.A. In addition to shirts, they also had other clothing too, such as hats, shorts, socks, n'at, and they even had stickers for sale . . . Cheers! P.S. After texting the number they gave me back in December, I'm still waiting on a response. It is now January 21st. I finally received most of my furniture December 15th. However, I'm still waiting on my dresser. I have spoken to the manager as well as the person that sold me the furniture. Today, I spoke with the manager again and was told they will call me when my dresser arrive and to "hold tight", as if I haven't been patient enough. I asked how I would be compensated for my frustration and inconvenience; and was told there is no compensation. I am beyond irate, not only because I didn't get all of my furniture in the time promised( via signed contract), but I was not treated as a valued customer that deserves respect for my money spent. ReStore sells new and used appliances (e.g., washers, dryers, refrigerators, and stoves), furniture (e.g., couches, chairs, dining sets, and dressers), building materials (e.g., hardware, flooring, light fixtures, plumbing supplies, and windows), and home décor at low prices. The proceeds from the sales are used to build and repair housing for low-income families in the Pittsburgh area. Most recently, I emailed ReStore to ask if they would accept my shelving unit, coat rack, light fixtures, space heater, flower pots, hose hangers, and other items. I was required to send photos of the items to show the style and condition. Two days later, an employee replied that they would accept my items, and he scheduled a pickup from my house for several days later. On the pickup day, the pickup window was from 9 AM to 3 PM, and 15 minutes before the driver arrived at my house, he called me to inform me that he was on his way. The driver pulled up to my house in a truck (see the attached photo). He was very polite, and he moved my items from my driveway into his truck. At the end of his visit, he handed me a receipt, and he kindly thanked me and wished me a great day.
