She didn't have to do that because I had no idea but that's just how honest and kind she is. Her husband, Grady Broadus, was incredibly helpful loading these pieces carefully into my car. The value at Ollie's is great. We didn't have a ton of time to shop but we nabbed an A&M garden flag for $6.99 and a big bag of Brownie Brittle for $5.99. (Now I will note that we have been "burned" by food at Ollie's in the past -not this particular location- when we bought some mint patties which were infested with bugs. So yes we are "nervous" buying food here but I think that if they are well packaged, that shouldn't normally be a problem.) Now for the service. Wow. Aimee was our cashier and was FABULOUS. She was so friendly and helpful. She got us signed up for Ollie's rewards and explained everything so thoroughly. I honestly don't know why we didn't sign up before. Even though it wasn't my top choice, it was still nice to see some stock instead of completely empty displays, which is pretty common these days. I ended up picking up three tins since it's always fun to try your luck and see what's inside. The store itself was clean and easy to browse, and checkout was quick and painless. While this trip wasn't a total win for what I originally wanted, it was still a decent stop and worth checking when they restock.

The lines were long even with the one self check out. Two cashiers in the back. They were moving the lines quick one after the other. Donna was nice with a smile. It's easy to overspend (if you're on a budget) because you see things you didn't intent to get but you do because you can't beat the prices.
