Before leaving the Homestead Heritage area, we made one final stop at the Homestead Market. I'm glad we did because this place was the perfect way to wrap up our visit. The market is exceptionally clean, well organized, and beautifully maintained. Everything was neatly displayed, making it easy to browse without feeling rushed. Working behind the counter was Ms. Jenna. She greeted us with a warm smile and a friendly, welcoming attitude that made us feel right at home. She kindly let us know that if we needed anything, all we had to do was ask. We took our time wandering through the store, looking at all the unique items they had to offer. I couldn't leave empty-handed, so I picked up two bags of their chipotle-flavored pecans as souvenirs for my brothers. Whether they'll share them with anyone else is another story entirely. The Homestead Market is a really neat place and well worth a visit. I have no doubt I'll be back the next time I'm in the area. Maybe I'll see you there! read more

Fun specialty market in Waco's Homestead Craft Village. The majority of their products are from local and family operated gardens and farms; a good reason to visit and shop. Incredible experience! Beef bacon wrapped meatloaf was so delicious ! Jalapeños grits were good, but not as indulgent as I would like liked (I think they are made with water vs cream). Service was fantastic! Key lime pie was AH MAZ ING! will definitely be back! read more

BEST GROCERY STORE IN THE WACO AREA! They have everything!! I bought the best chocolate stuffed croissants I've ever had in my life. I'll be buying more of those for holidays and events! They sell Brazos Valley cheese which is the best and healthiest cheese ever. They have every health food item I needed: oil of oregano, elderberry syrup, and so much more. They even sell fresh organic veggies and fruit from the farm. This place is a dream! The cashiers and staff are so helpful and friendly, I just love shopping here! Highly recommend hitting up the BBQ place and the gift shop for their beeswax candles too. Worth every penny! I promise you! read more

Outstanding service and food. It is organic and fresh from the ranch. Tabatha our sever was friendly and helpful. We had the club sandwich, soup and grits. All were very good. The turkey is sliced and has a Cajun type seasoning. The soup was sooo good, fresh ingredients. We finished off with a free scoop of ice cream. read more

Lots of great finds there. A little pricey but worth it for those hard to find items like grass-fed ghee, etc. My family really had their hearts set on the Homestead Restaurant Apple pie but it was out of season, however, I was able to order one at the bakery inside the market. Really cool place. First time here and my husband and I will be back for sure probably on a regular basis. They have all the gluten free organic vegan brands with like and fresh produce. A lot of jams. Got 1 because we wanted them all, but told each other we would just get one each time. read more

This market also hosts an outstanding bakery (Homestead Bakery) with some of the best freshly made Biscotti I've found anywhere in the U.S. Their homemade whole grain breads are very good and compare to Allez Bakery in Cincinnati.
