Not sure what it looked like before, but it's great. I love stores like this and I hope that it will continue to thrive here in Springfield.

We walked in to a very upscale hipster-type store with a few 'unisex' (yeah, to me, that mean's men's) shirts and none of them were very funny. The store was really quiet and uncomfortable.

Extremely rude customer service. I literally spend about 10 grand or more per quarter assisting new…read morebusinesses and designing their offices and lobbies. I like 5 and below cause they have nice products and it's easy to create things for cheap. But today I started shopping for a new contract and was given 15k to start. I was ready to make things happen. I carry a $450 coach backpack. That I keep on my back due to tax exempt and other items I might need during checkout. I had two employees stop me half way down the first isle to tell me I had to leave it put my backpack up front. I said it's not a backpack it's a purse. And that's why it's on my back not in a basket. Meanwhile I would of had no problem with them stopping me in a different way or politely asked me. But no they was loud and rude. And had the entire store looking at the altercation happening. Terrible I have went as far as Kansas City and Tulsa to pick things up from the store ... But no thank you. I accidentally walked in while the owner was clearing out. There wasn't any clear sign that the…read morebusiness was permanently closed, and since the door was open, my sister and I assumed it was okay to go in and look around since we'd never been there before. There was no one at the front desk, so we just browsed for about 10-15 minutes. Eventually, the owner came over and asked if we needed anything. I told her we were just looking, and she responded sarcastically with, "Well, we're closed." I immediately apologized and explained that the door was open and we didn't see a sign. The windows are heavily tinted, so it's not like we could see anything posted clearly. She insisted there was a sign and explained vendors were moving out, but her tone was unnecessarily rude and hostile the entire time. I stayed polite and left, but the interaction left a bad impression. It was a simple misunderstanding, and the way it was handled felt unprofessional. Based on that experience alone, I wouldn't recommend this business.
