He showed me the schedule for their chick arrivals and even though I am from out of town I will definitely be back by when my chick type does arrive. This is not as fancy as Marburg as it didn't have antiques, more of a nice open air market with more clothing, jewelry and food options. I don't think this would be a destination that I'd drive hours for, but a great stop if you're in the area!

They are from Belize, but have lived in Texas for 19 years. Everything you see in the pictures was built by Bediko and his lovely wife. They started with a house and a metal building where he created his art. Next came 4 rooms for guests and lots of community space for the guests. A beautiful courtyard, an outdoor lounging area, and a small professional kitchen where the guests can cook if they so desire. They gave us a wonderful tour and told us about their lives. In fact, they had just sold the place, and are moving back to Belize soon. If you have ever been to a Chuy's restaurant, the metal artwork is done by Bediko! And the car trunk buffet servers are also built by Bediko! The man is SO incredibly talented. It was wonderful to meet them, and I wish them the best of luck back in Belize!

Spent the weekend of April 9-11, 2021 at Bediko's with a couple of girlfriends. We had a…read morewonderful experience. Bediko's had everything that we needed to relax and visit with one another. We enjoyed cooking in their kitchen, sitting in the covered sitting area outside, and tried one of the many hammocks. The best part of the weekend was visiting with owners. The location of Bediko's is close to many little towns with great history, restaurants and shops. Diana Houston
