She had a horrible attitude with the customer that was being nice. When it was all said and done I don't think I'd go back to that store. Don't talk down to people. What isn't to love about a store that features everything from birthday cards to kitchen accessories to off-brand plastic storage containers? Their store brand drain cleaner works just as awesome as a more expensive counterpart. Why pay more for something that works the same? I'll never understand. For a long time my daughter danced and every year we'd commence the competition schedule that took us out of town to high school performing arts centers around the tri-state. What does this have to do with Dollar Tree? Well, someone must be smoking something if they think I'm gonna pay those athletic booster prices for a 25 cent bag of Fritos while listening to ChaCha Heels or Somewhere over the Rainbow for the 12th time that day. I buy all my prepackaged, unhealthy snacks here ahead of time and hide them at the bottom of our garment bag so we don't starve to death. Thanks Dollar Tree for making that Hell month slightly more affordable. Minus one star because the lines are always godawful and looong.

12/10/22 I went to NorthCrest shopping center to purchase a pair of Hey Dudes, I wanted a pair of…read moreslip ons after having a major shoulder surgery the 6th. I asked an associate what size was equivalent to a woman's 9 1/2 in a men's Hey Dude. She stated a Men's 11. She was WRONG! After doing a google search. It was a men's 7. Well, they were out of stock of ALL Mens 7's. It was suggested a I get men's 8. I got the men's 8. I've purchased several pair of hey dudes this for my oldest son year. Then, earlier in the week I purchased a boys 6/7 hey dude for my son, again they were out of stock, so I had them shipped to my house. I showed the purchase to the cashier asking her that with my new purchase in my had today, and the online order if I could spin the wheel. The cashier wasn't sure if I could or not. Confused she turned to the female manager working and asked if I could spin the wheel. The manager asked for my ID. Not sure what my ID had to do with spinning the wheel, but ok, I showed her my ID. The manager said yes I could spin the wheel. She walked into the office, she came back out and asked me what I ordered. I told her I didn't order anything, I ordered online it was shipped to the house, showed her the order. She was so mad at that point, then YELLED AT ME! Then said NO!! You can't Spin the wheel! I was shocked!! Wow! She must really hate her job to treat customer like this! In shocked I left. 12/12/2022 shoes were too big, I return to the store to return the hey dudes that I purchased. The cashier was very nice in the return process. Asked why I was returning them, I stated they were too big, that I needed a 7. I would go look on the floor, but last I looked you didn't have any, and I could not order online either. The SAME female manger walked up disrupted our conversation jerked the shoes off the counter looked at the bottoms of the shoes. I said if they were worn they were worn in the store and tried on again at home, that was it. She then threw them in the box. This manger needs to not have this title as a manager. She needs a reality check. I have filled out the survey online, and corporate has been in contact with me and stated that this will be looked into and will be resolved. This manager is down right rude and needs to be retrained. I will never set foot back in the NorthCrest Shopping Center Shoe Carnival Again.

A typical mall department store. High priced goods that are trendy and fashionable for the young…read moreand the older. It's a cute store that is decorated modern chic and the clothes resemble the decorating style. Staff is friendly and the store is always clean. You can sometimes find a good deal on sale items. The clothes stand up to the sale price. I have bought a few things and one item I washed and it not only shrunk up in length but the hemline was crooked. On the flip side of that the other items have held up well I just hang dry them instead. My one girlfriend would say it's her favorite store as well as her mother in law. I on he other hand would rather shop elsewhere that has a higher standard of clothing that holds up in the laundry. It's great to visit every so often but not for me on a must stop shop to buy clothing.
