It's a very clean store but it took me three times to visit that they were actually opened and not closed early due to staffing issues. This is a chain clothing store. There's one in glenbrook mall too it's just that this one is much larger. Staff is friendly but there aren't many customers. I was the only one in here for an hour when I checked out. It's in an awkward place. Tucked behind Panera bread. Their clothes are marked at their lowest price and they are pretty good quality. I spent under $10 for a tip and pants. Great price in my book. It's more of womens to older woman's clothes. Not much for teenagers or 20's early 30's infact. It's for moms and grandmas or the more conservative woman. I'd stop by again just to check it out. See what's new. Their stock is always rotating. Must try for the savvy older shopper.

I love their camis for $3 and leggings for $5. Store is always a mess but is typical in any store and staff isn't friendly but I don't expect much when it's low paid teenagers that have to deal with other teenagers and the amount of clothes they have to put away or refold. They have cute swimsuits and workout wear. It's worth stopping in if you have teenagers.

It looks as if either the staff or owners of this store are hoarders. Clothing is strewn about haphazardly. Nothing is organized. Nothing is zoned. Signage is hit or miss. The dressing rooms are even worse, as there are multiple dressing rooms unavailable for use due to the amount of clothing. It is atrocious. The store manager should be ashamed of themself for the state of the store. Hire some kids. Pay them a decent wage for a few hours a few times per week to clean, organize, etc. Staffing is also a major issue. On a busy Saturday there were two checkout associates and one dressing room associate. For a store of this size in this location that is completely inappropriate. My friends and I agreed. We will not be shopping here again until conditions improve.

Teresa helped me connect with Jill from alterations to do the measurements. I'm ordering a custom Vietnamese dress (Ao Dai) and needed a lot of measurements done. Both Jill and Teresa spent time with me to do measurements and write them down. They're both literal angels. Highly recommend going to them if you need assistance with anything. Specifically, Jill can help with altering blouses, pants, sleeves etc. Also, shout out to Christy for welcoming me to Fort Wayne and helping me get some cologne.
