It wouldn't scan, I told the woman she ushered me there, and I said it won't scan she attempted and looked and saw it wouldn't scan. She gave me a look and told another employee who said oh tossed my card to me and said "ion know call the lottery," turn their backs, and started talking. I stopped at the new Wawa for gas went inside and asked how do I cash the ticket she looked and said "Did you scratch with your key, yes I said" and showed me whom to call on the ticket. It took 30 seconds. I'm disappointed in the treatment, this trip. Which admittedly,is a first occurrence in maybe 100 trips, but that doesn't make it feel any better.

I love to shop for everything at this Walmart store I know of the associates in Walmart since 2018…read morewhen I first moved to Pennsylvania they are friendly and very helpful I do have some issues with Walmart I'm a diabetic with stage 3 kidney disease there are a lot of things more for regular customers without food/sweets restrictions for example I'm am coffee drinker there are very limited flavors for sugar free creamers but more regular flavors for customers who ate not diabetics when I ask will Walmart be ordering different flavors for sugar free coffee creamers I literally absolutely feel dismissed like sorry I think and I know people like myself would like to be treated like regular customers and also I have to go Weis and actually find all sorts sugar free creamers I bought two bottles here shown in the picture and I actually saved $3.00 there are rarely enough salt free snacks like pretzels I had to go Giants and purchased salt free pretzels and why is self check only for scan an go and the self check out line for what ten items or less I literally hate standing so long on the line and is it possible to have the scented candles on another shelf it's really hard for a person with bad and back to bending down I hate to say it but who ever is in charge of ordering it seems regular customers matter instead of the ones who has concerns

I checked in at 7:30 PM and didn't receive my groceries until 10:00 PM. Customers who arrived after me were served before I was. No one answered the pickup phone or the store phone when I called for an update, and when I asked an associate for help after waiting over two hours, I was told to call 1-800-Walmart instead of anyone checking on my order.It was only after another customer, who was parked nearby, noticed that a grocery cart sitting next to his vehicle appeared to be my order and asked if it belonged to me that my order was finally located. An associate confirmed that the groceries were mine, meaning my order had apparently been sitting outside unattended while I continued waiting. To make matters worse, when I got home, I found a Walmart handheld scanning device inside one of my grocery bags. This experience reflects a serious lack of communication, organization, and attention to customers. I hope management addresses these issues because no customer should have to wait 2 1/2 hours for a pickup order that was apparently ready but not properly brought to them.

I took two stars away due to 1) they are located next to a Mall, if you want to go food shopping, your moving your car toward the front entrance if grocery store. ( makes sense). Not, after you check out, you walk out to a totally different part of the store and parking lot, so now you have to walk almost around at least half of the store from the outside to find your car. 2) great size store, but can't find anything, nothing seems to be sold in a logical order.

We went through a register with a cashier and then and then the cashier scanned the beans twice, but didn't scan the eggs at all so then when we went to leave the racist person at the door, they keep in mind we're not doing this to anybody else only us and by the way we're Hispanic so yeah, and then they were counting every single item we had in the cart and then when they realize that the eggs were not scanned, they made us go back to customer service and would not let us leave over a dollar. We had a horrible experience and we will not be returning to this racist establishment. do better.
