Aisle signs were clear to see, although they seemed to have very high shelves. As a tall person I am generally able to see further across the aisle and to the sides of the store, makes shopping easy. But this store kept me off balance, as I couldn't see across the store. Parking lot was a little disappointment. There is a large lot with plenty of parking, but shipping carts were all over the place. This made parking a little harder as we had to find unobstructed ones. I bought some tomato vegetable soup from the deli, thinking I would be able to look up the ingredients when I got home. No such luck. So I called their customer service number, and no matter what I chose from the menu, it just sent me right back to the menu. After 20 minutes, I accidentally got the customer service line. However, it is unmanned, and I had to leave a message. Haven't heard a thing. Useless. There is no customer service or support. I have asked about ingredients in-store, and have been told to look online. A lie. I shop at Big Y once a week, but will now go elsewhere. I do not care to have an allergic reaction because Big Y does not care about customers except to take their money.

You can find great quality and and often amazing great prices. I love buying my steak for grilling, my family loves the great choices. They also have beer section; ice cream birthday cakes which is convenient and they have great quick meals that you can pick up for family dinner. If you need gas there's also a gas station and air pump. All you need in one convenient location. Staff is also pleasant and helpful.
