Large Walmart that is set up generally the same as all the others. Very busy store, maybe since it's the holiday season but they seemed to have enough stock of items so that was good. Aisle signs were clear to see, although they seemed to have very high shelves. As a tall person I am generally able to see further across the aisle and to the sides of the store, makes shopping easy. But this store kept me off balance, as I couldn't see across the store. Parking lot was a little disappointment. There is a large lot with plenty of parking, but shipping carts were all over the place. This made parking a little harder as we had to find unobstructed ones. I will say we did a lot of shopping here and picked up what we needed, and a could other items we weren't shopping for! Did see this Claire's area. See photo. read more

4 stars for a Walmart - but keep in mind I've been to so many abysmal locations, that a decent one stands out. And this is a pretty decent, neat, well stocked location. I've been to more Walmarts than I like to admit and in multiple states, but this is one of the better ones overall considering everything. I found everything I was looking for and realistically, you can't beat their prices on a lot of items. Stock and layout is about the same as most Walmart locations. Everything was essentially neat and stocked well enough. I can't say I had any interaction with employees, so I can't fairly comment on that aspect. I went to the self scan register to boot, but there wasn't any ridiculous lines and more than two registers open on a Saturday, which is rare. Parking lot is huge and spacious - and also shares the land with other businesses. If you want to avoid the front end chaos of people parking as close as they can to the store, there's plenty of spaces if you don't mind walking a few extra steps. As the norm with most Walmarts, the customers are probably the worst part. You get your fair share of variety here, so be warned. Overall, a good Walmart when they usually range from blah to merely ok. I don't live in the area, but if I did I would gladly visit this location again. read more

Ordered online pickup for 2 zip up hoodies. Said it would be ready in about 4 hrs - suddenly about 30 mins later I get a notification it is ready for pickup! Was super quick and convenient. Plenty of pickup spaces available for customers, very simple to figure out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Appreciate their help! Will be back. read more

I feel guilty about the Walmart in Norwich Connecticut because of the grease from the Arnold Bread and the Great Value Potato Chips.

This is an average Walmart. Clean but limited grocery selection. The have a Dunkin Donuts counter inside. read more

This Walmart doens't have a lot of variety compared to the other walmarts. The store is kinda dingy and there are always long lines.

The service center was ridiculous. There were no cars ahead of us and all of a sudden two kids walk up to us and tell us, "we're on lunch and not taking anymore cars." Apparently the entire service center goes on lunch all at once and hour and half before closing. I asked to put our names down then since we were here already and he said no were closing. I said no I want to see the manager because you have four guys outside. An the gentlemen at the desk said it's fine we can take you next. At this point my husband heard the two kids whisper under their breath and we chose to take our business elsewhere. We didn't feel safe having them do anything to our vehicle. read more

I had 2 tires replaced here this morning and am very happy. The associate we dealt with explained everything simply and did not try to sell more expensive items than what I was looking for. Having the tires replaced took about an hour which was so quick! I will definitely be back for other tire needs. read more
