Paul and his staff have caught mistakes and concerns with some meds ordered for me as I have multiple allergies and sensitivities. They contacted the doctor and was sure that what they dispensed for me would not be harmful. I appreciate their care - which might not happen at large dispensing stores. Tech training needs to be done because no one can start a computer. Staff is annoyed if you call the store 40 minutes after they open. Pharmacy staff truly need people skills training and rehearsals on how not to become rude and agitated when they have more than one customer in line. Are they even pharmacy techs??? Probably not‍ the workers at this pharmacy would NEVER make it in a large chain pharmacy like Wal-Mart, a place that has like 100 time more customers calling, and coming through their pharmacy check out lines.
