For instance when there is a long line winding in the gas station, management tends to stand around looking at the customers instead of opening up another register and helping the customers speedily with there purchase. Another time I went to get coffee in the morning. All the sugar packets were hard. Someone spilled some type of liquid on them and instead of throwing them away they expected a customer to use them. Instead I bought a small bag of sugar and was question as to why i wouldn't use the sugar packets. How am i supposed to know what liquid fell on those packets? This would be a solid 4-5 star gas station if they learned to choose the customer first.

I knew this supermarket a few months ago from Google Map. I mainly came for whole wheat bread, orange juice, cheese, one dozen eggs, for making your own breakfast, there were all in good shape. I also purchased a bottle of Starbucks Frappuccino near check out line. My wife wanted two bowls of "Asian" instant noodles. The bill was $22.20, there was not enough change. The supermarket was well organized and spacious, beyond my expectation. When I checked out, the cashier Taniya said they didn't take credit cards. That scenario surprised me. I hadn't seen a supermarket not taking credit card for two decades. So I drove back to my living motel 6 for cash, just a few minutes. A few minutes before 12AM, my wife said she needed a pair of scissors for cutting hair, the male staff was so helpful for leading me to the curresponding aisle. Anyway, I picked a pair of kid scissors, better than nothing. It costed $2, they didn't have change. What a great place in Duncanville, Texas.

Anywhere you go, you should comparison shop; but I have a list of things that Big Lots always carries that are always cheaper than the stores. Most of these items are specialty products or imports and good quality. Some are imported and then packaged here in the U.S.A. We are especially fond of a line of pickled baby beets. I found both the whole and sliced baby beets today and a jar of true baby Polish Dill pickles and a glass jar of beautiful peaches. You'll find imported and gourmet jams and jellies and sauces here, too. I've bought a little bit of everything at Big Lots. The food section in this store today was attractively arranged, very clean - no leaking jars or sticky anything - and the location of items made sense. Check out was pleasant and swift.
