When I called in to get this taken care of there Customer support rep couldn't have been ruder, she refused to help or give me and suggestions, so I asked to speak to someone more intelligent than her, after calling her out I asked to speak with her manager, she was initially nice but same thing said she didn't know what to do, so I hung up, I called again to understand why they were so rude, I got another manager on the phone and he said "Don't call me again, you are forever denied, and we will never work with you again"---There was literally no reason for this, and as for Jake or Jack, you are an a** hole, you have no respect for customers or solving issues. They have some sort of restriction on my type of debit card (yes, it's on their end), so I have to physically go in every month to pay my balance. Well, this month, I was out of state, and actually called to tell them I would be in to pay as soon as I got back to town. They said it was fine, and they would give me an extension. Yet, when I went in to pay, I was told I had to pay a late fee, quite rudely. Yet, they never mentioned said late fee on the phone, only that they would grant me an extension. I really regret doing business with this place, and now I get why they are constantly begging for referrals every month. We were heading home so it was easy for us to get to the bank since we were heading west on State. Headed in, got my husband's app taken care of by Cheryl today. She was super helpful and patient with us. I know she was just as frustrated as we were since the app wasn't playing nice. After a couple phone calls, we finally got an extra account added to his app. I got some funds taken out for some walking around cash. Quick and easy visit. I have been heading to a few different locations to get my banking needs taken care of. I do look forward to when State St is finally complete and I can head back to my neighborhood branch to get all my banking needs taken care of. The staff is always nice and helpful.
