Yet Westmark sternly denies us the requested history. WHY would any institution deny a legal accounting of the accounts history? I and my siblings should have the right to see how the account was handled, yet we still don't have that history nor any explanation from them. Guilty of account mishandling by this institution? We also opened a "high interest" savings account where we deposit our mortgage payments, and ICCU withdraws at the right time. As for this branch, which was near our home, we don't use it much (so much is electronic these days), but when we do go here, everyone is friendly, courteous, and extremely willing to help. We've mostly used them when we needed cash for some reason, or for Notary services. We've adopted them as our "home branch".
