Zero Stars! I was able to verify all my information with that they asked via the email they provided and then at the end they required a phone call to verify employment. They didn't want to talk to the actual department that handles employment verification, just someone random ?? It's not accurate information they are asking for. Do not talk to George or Alexandra because they do not understand the actual ins and out of Human Resources and what is needed for an actual employment verification. Was approved for a loan online. Sent all my documentation in and was told they'd call me to come in and sign. 4 hours later no call so I call back and am told my credit isn't good enough for a loan. What?! I just bought a car 3 weeks ago, and I only wanted a short term loan to cover the 2500 i had put down on it so I wasn't as tight this month after the holidays. My credit is good enough for a car but not a payday loan?! Get real. Also their hold music is obnoxious and loud AF. read more

This place is a joke I knew I was wasting my time. Self employed and they base of last years tax return that I've double this year with bank statements to prove. Told the lady that from gate and she said they will prove off bank statements and won't be a problem. Then calculated completely wrong math based of last years tax returns. I really needed some money to get me through to payday, now being a single mother. I heard the radio jingle a million times and decided to apply online. The lady I spoke on the phone with, Gladys, was very kind and professional. I've literally never taken out a loan before and didn't know what to expect. The process was extremely easy and after verifying my place of employment I was approved for $100 more than asking. I came in a few days later, documents in hand, and within 20 minutes I left with my cash. The ladies here were all very genuine and showed great customer service. They didn't make me feel weird about needing money and I really appreciated that. All of the information about the interest was explained to me over the phone and in person. There was no hiding or secrets. They explained my payment options and showed me exactly how much I'd be paying if my loan was out for X amount of days. If I could give them a 1/4 of a star I would. I called the 800# and asked questions. I explained a few years 2016, I tried to get a loan they kept giving me the run-around, saying my ssn was incorrect I bought everything they needed all originals. Ok, cancel that. So the lady says to fill out the app but don't upload the docs, so you can see first how much you qualify for. TY, hung up the completed app waiting for an email or phone call, didn't receive so I called the 800# back. I was transferred to the store on Lake Mead and Tenya. A young girl answers I explain what I'm looking for and she says, that's not how it works, she then looks at my app and says you will need to bring in a Checkstub, a bill, dl, and ssn, all of a sudden she just stops talking and abruptly says Can I call you back, at this time I'm like what is the problem, she starts saying well, well, well and I'm like is there a problem with my account. She is still not answering me, she just continues to act dumbfounded and leave me asking hey what is it. I need to talk with my manager. I call the store on sunset since that's what they have labeled as the "CORPORATE LOCATION" Which is not so I get someone else to explain what conversation I had with the young girl at the Lake Mead and Tenya store. She says let me look into it, comes back to the phone, and says they need to see the original documents. So I go to the Lake Mead and Tenaya store. Tell them who I am, give the young guy my docs, and he copies them, with my original ss card. Calls someone, hangs up, and says you'll get a letter in the mail Now, normally I would not even borrow from a loan place or payday loan. But I really need the money to travel to CA to see my son get baptized. They knew when I filled out that app online, there was an issue and could have told me instead of making me go out in the heat, waste gas, make me embarrassed in front of other customers to tell me something I should have just been told no in the first place, over the phone. You know I was desperate, but this place is a joke. A TRUE JOKE!!!!!!! read more

if i could give 0 stars i would. this place is more of an inconvenience then needing a loan in the first place. they will say they are notating your account and calling places and doing their job WHEN THEY ARE NOT. they will lie and say "they didn't pickup" when they didn't even notate a number to call in the first place. if you get George on the phone, you might as well hang up right then and there because he has no idea what he is doing and will not do his job. instead he claims after 4 days that "the store has been busy" and that's why he hasn't made a two second phone call yet. at least keep up with the same story as earlier! don't go here read more

Worst place ever, the girl helping us was nice her boss was nasty swearing at her over the phone. Went in for a short term loan, we own our house (no payments) we own it! We own 2 cars and a RV paid cash. Over 6,000 income monthly and they want to give us a $400 loan! I had that in my wallet. What a waste of time read more

Well first off this really has nothing to do with the front of the house staff Gladys and Sissy. They were super nice to me. My issue is the "Unprofessional" "underwriter" at "corporate" a rude B sitting at a desk making 6 dollars an hour having no idea what any class or professionalism is. Not only am I shocked that the owner Chuck has such nasty rude unprofessional idiots like her working for him. I can only imagine the amount of money she costs him daily ...weekly ...yearly. If that were my employee I would fire her, I heard the down right NASTY things she was saying to Gladys on the phone about me (she does not even know me) and I know the ring on my finger cost more then she makes in 2 years...that is just my left hand BTW. The only words of advice I have for anyone who wants to "Don't Be Broke" ....."Don't Be" hasty when going to a loan center. "Don't Be" spoken about like trash. "Don't Be" so desperate that you will waste so much time in your day dealing with such unprofessional-ism. "Don't Be" so quick to believe everything you hear. "Don't Be" willing to pay stupid interest when it is a highly competitive market. "Don't Be" shocked if you go into DLC (any of their locations) and hear the "underwriter" speak so NASTY about you, so LOUDLY over the phone. "Don't Be" shocked if you go to work for DLC and hear the same nastiness I heard. "Don't Be" shocked when you do take a loan and get treated POORLY (I saw how another lady paying was treated...and had to waste another hour her day to PAY DLC for her sister).
