James pressured me into taking out a $3,000 loan that I was hesitant to accept. He repeatedly told me he had worked very hard to get me approved, making me feel obligated to go through with the loan despite my reservations. Throughout the loan, I remained in communication with the company regarding my payments. Despite that, they repossessed my vehicle. Since the repossession, they have been uncooperative and evasive about allowing me to retrieve my personal belongings from the car, which has only added to my frustration. If you want a payday loan or installment loan do not go to Cash Kingdom. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Their loans are a higher interest rate then any other place I have been to. For example I got a loan for $500 the interest was $120. I found another place where they gave me $750 and the interest charged was the same $120. Also be weary they don't have change a lot of the time. I came in there with $700 to pay for my loan because I knew it was going to be $600 plus and the guy yelled at me because I brought in seven $100 bills and the guy told me don't do that again. Can you believe that, and started asking the other employee if they had change so he could give me my change. How do you have a business like that and can't give people their change. I will never go there again. I referred a friend there and he had the same problem. They could not give him change when he went in to pay on his loan, they had to Zelle him his change.
