It was a Saturday it looked like I needed to wait until Monday before they could reissue the check. Claudia went way out of her way (as was the only person on duty and closed the office and went to the bank to request that they stop payment on the check so that could be reissued... I came…read moreyesterday, and suddenly my info needed to be updated (even though it was just updated less than a month ago), at which time I wad told I had a prior balance from years ago that I had to pay 20% of my check towards or else I wouldn't be able to cash it. Why was this not the case less than a month ago when I was just here? Nevertheless, I agreed to pay this. Then I was told if i used the Netspend card to load my money to, it would be free to cash the check - long story short, that was a bold faced LIE! I confirmed the amount that would be laoded to my card, and was told it would be $35. I get home and it's only $25 - so i walked away with less than 50% of the original value of my check! Not to mention being lied to in my face!!! I will be calling corporate. And I will be pursuing some kind of legal action. You scammed the wrong person. And you can kiss the blackest part of my a$$ Neil!

He repeatedly told me he had worked very hard to get me approved, making me feel obligated to go through with the loan despite my reservations. Throughout the loan, I remained in communication with the company regarding my payments. Despite that, they repossessed my vehicle. Since the repossession, they have been uncooperative and evasive about allowing me to retrieve my personal belongings from the car, which has only added to my frustration. Based on my experience, I found their business practices to be unprofessional and unfair.

NSB did it anyway and I just spent the entire day on hold with the bank and the State of Nevada trying to figure out how to unscrew my trust account. Also, the Regional Manager, Maria Montelongo, could not even be bothered to call me and had her assistant call instead to say the computer caused the problem and I should stop wasting my time complaining.
