*This review is for online pickup orders*…read more If you happen to not know, you can purchase Nordstrom department store items online for pick up at any Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack location. This is such a convenience! And you can also return Nordstrom department store items at a Nordstrom Rack location. However, this does not work the other way around; i.e. items purchased at Nordstrom Rack have to be picked up, and returned, at a Nordstrom rack location. So as of now-this is my go to store location for Nordstrom online purchase pickups! Parking is plentiful, but the lot stays packed with moderate to heavy traffic flow. Walking into the store, there is a huge sign on the back right wall that states "Men's fitting room/Alterations/Online Pick up". I also noticed stickers on the floor pointing in the same direction. However, since I wasn't at all familiar with this location, I walked passed a very small empty counter space and headed towards the wall sign, where another customer and I stood at the entrance of the men's fitting room for 10 mins. There was no one there and no one at the counter. It wasn't until the other customer walked away, and then finally flagged me down to join the line that was now forming at the small empty counter, that I knew where to pick up my orders. Point: it is not an obvious pick up counter, especially if no one is standing there. Also, I had two orders to pick up, but only one was confirmed ready for pickup, so I asked the customer service person about checking on the other order to see if it was also ready. They kindly stated that they would check, but wanted to take care of the other customers first (with confirmed ready for pickup orders). I complied, and started to browse the shoe department for about 20 mins. btw- the women's shoe dept didn't have a lot of options-perhaps already picked over from the holiday season. Finally, I found the same customer service person later on sorting through 'put back' items (from the dressing room, and returns from the registers), and asked again about my order, and they immediately said that nothing else was found for me, and my order may not have come in yet. I showed them my email that stated that my order was supposed to be ready for pick up today, and at the current time, it was four hours until store closing time. The customer service person then said that they will check again in the back. And To my surprise, they found my order, and they found another order that was supposed to be ready for a tomorrow pick up. So that was a very pleasant surprise. For the size and traffic through this store location, it is overall clean and neat. But the selection is overall lacking compared to other locations. However, it's a busy area, so great finds likely go fast. Highly recommend this location; just look for the small counter by the men's fitting room-and even press the service button (if it works) if there is no customer service person seen.

When I tried to leave with the cart, he jerked it away and said "walk your things out". I said I need the cart and tried to leave. He jerked it away again and yelled "walk it out. I turned to leave, but decided to speak with the manager instead. I asked for the manager from another cashier. She paged for me. The assistant manager came out, I began to recount to her what happened. She asked which one? I pointed at Solomon. Immediately he got up, ran over to us and began threatening me and doing his "stare". He then tried to get customers involved in his assault by asking them to come over and be involved. The manager witnessed the assault. It's on security video. I'm a senior citizen. Obviously I feared injury by Solomon and was corned. I guess Aldi's policy is to allow employees to assault their customers while starting a complaint. What company does that? The manager asked Solomon to go back to cashiering and nothing else. I contacted Aldi's via their online service. Twice. No response. The 3rd time worked. Although I've made my complaint, they've seen the video and I've followed up 4 times, not a single response ever from them other than they are investigating. This was a hate crime from Solomon and underwritten by Aldi management. I can only say if you are the wrong race and are an older person, stay away from this racist and violence ridden store. Once 3:30pm arrives, so does the frustration of striving to find a parking space. There's regular business throughout the plaza, but the gym members are the ones taking up 85% of the parking. If any wants to venture into this place in the late afternoon onward. I suggest to get the open spaces near the entrance, to avoid the teeth grinding from dealing with these horrible drivers that are all trying to get in where they can fit in.

My favorite places here: Library, BobaPOP, Kyoto, 5 Guys , First Watch. Lots of Pokestop or gyms if you play Pokémon go. Alot of good restaurants are gone :( so make sure you check before coming here. Oh yeah Trader Joe's is here and with free 60 minute parking!

A lot of people brought chairs but we found seats along the wall on the side of the main stage. There were different food and drink vendors and other stalls, portalettes, and some covered seating as well. We had a good time. We generally only come to this part of the area for the movie theater, so it was cool to see it with such a community event focus!
