This Anthropologie store have multiple levels, quite spacious, with great clothes, accessories, scent selections, additionally has the wedding dress section as well. The shop is very clean, with friendly staff would check on us on and off. Located in downtown Bethesda. There is parking garage about 1 block away. It's a great location to visit.

I stopped by after getting my hair done recently and loved everything I found. My favorite floor was the 2nd floor with lots of housewares, textiles, and good clearance stuffs. I never noticed how many animal motifs and other related items they carry. A peacock side table, lamps with birds, cushions with birds, turtle shaped small bowl, elephants carved into the wooden dining chairs just to name a few. The quilts and cushions actually looked better and had a wonderful texture. I was totally ready to purchase half a dozen! Good thing my car was parked a few blocks away. I otherwise would have much to my husband's dismay. LOL! The 1st floor and the basement had people jam packed like inside of a can of sardines. It almost resembled a mosh pit so I left pretty quickly without browsing much. All in all, I would love to revisit again especially during the holiday season.

Giant three story store. Great selection of house hold goods. Bedroom ideas and linens available at this store. Large selection of sale items. Nice service while I was shopping. Numerous people asked if I needed help with anything.

I call this Anthropologie location "the mecca" because it is so large and fun to visit. Located on the corner of a prime shopping district in Bethesda, you can't miss it. Three levels, beautiful installations inside, and all the beloved Anthro delights. You can spend a long time in this one! It is also directly connected to a Terrain (their gardening shop, also full of beautiful and functional home/garden goods). Note that if street parking is unavailable there is a (pay per space) parking garage a bit down the block.

Stylist Beatriz 5+ stars! Gina --1 star Have an upcoming event and was unsure of what to wear. Called and spoke w Beatriz and she was so kind. She invited me in and spent a good amount of time bringing me alternatives to try and giving me great feedback. I feel much more comfortable with my choice given her support. Ended up w something I wouldn't have considered alone. Thanks Beatriz! Beatriz you've got a superstar personality, a keen eye for style and are a true pleasure to work with! Thank you. (I'll post a picture of the outfit when I get photos back!) Gina- (at register) your demeanor and responses were opposite of pleasant. My interactions with you almost negated the positive experience I had w Beatriz.

How about I didn't know that Anthropologie was an all-women's store? I swear I thought it mirrored Hollister or A/E for some reason. All types of apparel - the office, social hour, shoes, jackets, lingerie & Wedding dresses. For the non-wardrobe, there's candles, stationery, body essentials & more. To peruse even further, there's a devoted interior green house called the "Terrain". The garden sanctuary houses beautiful live & faux plants, flowers, floral arrangements. There also a few employees designated to the department. Did you know the hardest plant to kill aka non-green thumb skillset, is a Cactus? What I really took in was the many candles & aromatherapy throughout the wooden backdrop of this peaceful interior garden. There is two huge levels of everything "I'm woman, hear me roar", that you can absolutely find something to your liking. Anthropologie is a haven of a diverse, heterogeneous & everything dame.

Well, it's huge and eclectic and ... huge ... and ... well, this is honestly a ridiculously humongous Anthropologie store. The odd thing is that it's not really a good use of the space - items are spread out and oddly sparse (their "petite" selection was not particularly deep despite taking up a fair amount of floor space, just for example). Clearance items were broken and disorganized (worse than shopping at Marshall's). Staff were disinterested - although there were quite a lot of them standing around. That being said, it is a beautiful and airy space, and the design aesthetics are quirkily delightful. I enjoyed wandering around the three floors even though I didn't find anything interesting enough to buy.

This is one of the best Anthropologie locations I've been too. They have 3 stories so they have a huge selection including shoes, BHLDN, and furniture which isn't the case at most locations. The store is beautiful and there are a lot of unique clothes to choose from. The customer service here is great too. All the ladies here are so nice and helpful with answering any questions you might have.

Awesome hand lotions, hair perfumes, Turkish towels (I got a great grape [okay, just plain purple] and pink one that's got teal on the other side -- just beautiful and so soft, ooh, what luxury! Turkish towels are awesome because they take up less space and dry far more quickly than other, thicker towels, so of course they end up both smelling much better and being a lot more hygienic. The orange-scented hand lotion is super-luxe, too, with a rich creamy feel and excellent scent. I got the amber hair perfume. The rugs are really nice, with just enough texture balanced together with softness and sturdiness all together in one piece -- and there is an amazing selection of different colours of these area rugs available, all rolled up nicely in a cool basket. Speaking of baskets, they've got them! The baskets have a real beachy vibe and would be perfect for a day (or a week, or more!) at the beach. They're real sturdy and stand up well on their own, unlike some other floppier baskets or of course beach bags out there .... The baskets are also really good for shopping, too. There are cookbooks, fun cooking and cleaning supplies such as the never-before-seen-by-me ravioli-shaped sponges and oh-so-many things to explore, I wouldn't want to ruin it for you by telling you more! The person I encountered was super-helpful, friendly, nice, accommodating, etc. The parking is plentiful (At least it was when I was there.), and if you like pretty, flowery things, there is also a lovely gardening center just steps away ... plus lots of other stuff nearby to explore in Kensington! Very glad I stopped by! Only thing is: it's closed on Mondays. Oh, and I love the name, too! Olive & Loom -- even the name has texture and beauty in it .... A very 'Yay' type of find, indeed! Just lovely. :-)

I've never met a Home Goods that I didn't like, until I visited this one!…read more Sure, it's huge and carries an extremely large amount of items for every single space inside and outside your home, but the customer service absolutely sucks! I was eye to eye with at least 6 employees and NONE of them spoke, offered assistance, or seemed to care about me being an actual paying customer. I guess discussing their happy hour plans was more important than assisting the customers. After I grabbed the items I wanted, I got in line. I saw that register one was open and didn't have any customers, so I proceeded to it. Instead of letting me know she wasn't open, I had to ask and the cashier said, "we are open, not ready for you yet." Rude and should've been handled much better, but whatever. I then head back to the line but another line opened up. As soon as I approach, the cashier said, "no, she's next!" Talking about the woman behind me. I said, "No! I'm next. I just went to register one and they're not open!" She apologized and said she thought I came the wrong way into the line. Now, why would I do that? I can clearly see where the line starts and ends and I clearly understand the concept of a line! That interaction was the icing on the cake. I won't be returning to this location.
