Love to browse around here. The Dollar Store is great if you're looking for inexpensive novelty items, school supplies, party supplies, kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, bath supplies, and a lot more. This store is decently clean. Good thing it wasn't crowded at the checkout line when I went this Sunday. Otherwise, one can wait awhile if it was crowded. read more

They have some handy stuff but be cautious there return policy is misleading. Some staff say you can return and some would say you can't . Go figure who is correct. I like the ability to return stuff that is not good or works out for me. This store is always clean and organized they have really good items and everything is easy to access

I went here Sat 1230pm Aug 27th to get a card and balloons. I have gotten balloons here several times in the past and they have always been super helpful. However they now have a different manager that took over and I was HIGHLY UNSATISFIED WITH HIM "MANAGERIAL SKILLS". I waited in the ballon section for 28mins (I recognized it was really busy and I was in no rush) and like I said I have bought balloons here several times. After waiting and the clerk at the register next to balloon section saw his line shrinking he kept waving for more ppl walking by to come to his line. At this point he has already stared at me 3x...nothing to say or even a greet of "we'll be with you in a just moment mam" no. He waited til he had NO ONE in line or looking for a register and came up to me and said YOU SHOULD HAVE GOT IN LINE ...STANDING HERE DOESN'T DO ANYTHING...now see BEFORE he said that I was fine, because it's retail I get that on weekends it can have its busy peaks...n also this wasn't my first rodeo and NEVER HAD TO STAND IN A LINE as a matter of a fact ppl form a line at the balloon section before..but instead of coming to me and saying "Sorry about that wait how can I help you?" he says that?!?!?....Now I'm pissed..I asked him who is your manager here and he said ME..."Dinny" or whatever..I said Oh great AS A MANAGER don't you think the whole 28mins you stared at me you could have said JUST WANT TO LET YOU KNOW YOU HAVE TO GET IN LINE NOW TO GET BALLOON HELP...you and your other 3 clerks see me and not one of you say anything?? n he still with a slick attitude says WELL I'M ASKING YOU NOW SO WHAT IS YOU WANT.... best believe I WON'T EVER WALK UP IN THIS DOLLAR TREE AGAIN... read more

The store is great, take grandkids there every other week for lots of goodies...but today the low star rating is due to manager in training, Valerie, who was rude. I had a $1 water gun, still in package to return & she overheard the sweet cashier ask if it was a return. Standing nearby, she intervened & said no returns. Cashier asked even if receipt? Valerie said that is what she was told. I went out of the store with $15 in items, an apology from the cashier, but I decided to return ask Valerie to re-consider. It wasn't the dollar I cared much about. The item was still in the package, I had the receipt. She said no, threw up her hands without even looking at the product. I asked her to look at the product, she threw her hands up stating, "look, I can't do anything" & she walked away from me mumbling she would have to call her manager. I could not believe it. I loved the store, the clerks have always been super friendly. Valerie was rude, thoughtless, non-apologetic, & lacked every customer service skill important to a manager or trainee. This store is horribly understaffed. What's the point of selling stuff at the bargain price of $1 if people are just going to walk out of line because they're tired of waiting in it? I would rather pay double or triple the price for my item at a better managed establishment with better customer service. I couldn't even be helped over the phone because according to an employee: "I can't check right now because I'm busy at the register, that's why it took me so long to answer the phone". read more

I don't know what I would do without dollar stores. Probably spend a lot more money! This store is very neat and organized.

I don't know what I ever did before the dollar tree. Love that this is in town now. Only complaint is that their carts are always super dirty. More than likely because of the amount of people they have there always. Otherwise, a pleasant experience. read more

I used to come in all the time in college... Now I've graduated and have a full time job working with handicap and disabled adults... I go into the store with clients and other staff members and one of our clients had to use the restroom so we go to the back of the store and A coworker sees that I employee of dollar tree is staring at us then he comes over and gets in the middle of this circle we made while waiting... He asked who is in charge we said we all are... Then he says we need to listen to what he has to say... No usually when people say stuff like that they say nice things unfortunately it was the opposite today. He told us we need to take care our people... We said we are and he told us that we haven't been taking care of them when the use the restroom and we leave poop on the floor and that the employees have had to clean it up and they have had enough.... We told him there and lots of companies and schools and we are sorry but that wasn't us... He then tells us that if we just take care of our people everything will be good... That's when another coworker went to the frount to find out who this guy was... And the employee told us that the guy in the back was the manager and after that we all shortly left because not only were we offended but so were all of our clients... read more

I frequent this location for craft items and holiday decor. When I went yesterday with my husband the cashier, Carmen, was not friendly at all. She never made eye contact or even spoke a word to us while ringing up our 35+ items. I asked for bag and I would hold the big stuff. We have so many bags at home! It threw me off that she was so unfriendly because a gentlemen had just left and she was very chatty and friendly with him. Speaking Spanish to him.. I thought nice lady.. nope. I am a women of Latin decent as well fyi. I hope she didn't have a death in the family or something like that. Did not like how unfriendly she was read more

Clean and good products. Like coming here and taking the time to see what they have. Every time I go I find what I need and then some.

I love this particular Dollar Tree location. It's a lot cleaner/well maintained than the Antioch locations and tends to have a lot of surprisingly good stuff. My most favorite thing to find there, would have to be the books. When I first started shopping here, I was floored to discover that they have hardcover best-sellers. They have new titles every time I go. I've found some excellent books here. They also have a decent selection of greeting cards, gift wrap and even mylar balloons. The mylar balloons are the very same ones you typically find at grocery stores for over eight bucks a pop, except they're only a buck each! I always make a stop here when it's someone's birthday, to get balloons, gift wrap and cards. You really can save a small fortune! They're also the best place to go to stock up on boxes of tissue for your kid's class. Scotties brand tissues for a buck a box! The only annoying thing about this location is, that it's difficult to find parking on weekday mornings because they share a parking lot with the Brentwood LMC annex. Pretty big store and very clean. Things are organized not just thrown. Only big downside is there were two people working so only two registers were open. There was 15 people in line in both :/ so yeah checkout took forever & you had to bag your own stuff. But hey it's the dollar tree you get what u pay for. read more

Christy the cashier is so kind and professional. Another employee reprimanded her for no reason and she still maintained a professional.

If your interested In making a trip to the dollar store for a cheap drink and a snack don't go here me and my sister were there jus for a a quick run but I would not encourage it unfortunately they have poorly trained staff who think that all black people look alike. as I exit the store me and my sister are bombarded by the brentwood police who informs us a call has been made by the manager on duty Mandy that we resembled some girls who stole there the night before although we both made purchases after further information it was revealed that the staff hadn't seen either one of us but a "customer" saw us the night before and coincidentally was there again at the same time and which was impossible due to the fact we dnt frequent this store at all but she felt it was probable enough to call the police it was beyond insulting to be accused of stealing out of a dollar store and being approached by four officers. but It's not a deal ever good enough to make me walk in that store I also encourage others to think twice as well i will definitley be pursuing this further i was truly disgusted by the situation. Ps Mandy refused to give the store managers first and last name only giving us the first name of jerry as if it's not public information and insisted it was the direction of the store manager to deal with these things in that matter I will be returning my few items and will be informing all my friends and family to never shop there it is a shame but I will continue to shop at target and Safeway with quality product and staff. read more

This location is usually very clean and orderly and didn't feel like I was shopping at a discount store. Recently I've been going in and there are items on the floor, shelves all messed up and empty. I have noticed that they have a young man as a manager and all he seems to do is talk and walk around and not really do much. I went in one day and he was sitting by the balloons in front of some boxes, just sitting. Then he got up and started walking around talking but never stopped to pick up the mess on the floor or put stuff away. Tell you the truth I think he got some new boots and was stomping around the store like a pompous boob. He is always the one yelling "welcome to Dollar Tree" which can be startling across the store. One visit he announced for everyone to hear that he is the manager and he really isn't supposed to be working the register but he will this time, I guess they were short handed. One time I said to the cashier, "he sure is full of himself" and the cashier rolled her eyes and said "you don't know the half of it" Don't want the guy fired but I think a better choice of a manager is in order, maybe someone a little more humble and actually knows what they are doing and works at keeping a clean store and not expect others to do that. Like the location but there is a Dollar General down the street I'm going to start using. read more
