This store is always so organized and smells so good. They always greet you at the door and ask if you need help. I also love that there are sampling products available so that people don't open the actual products (I've come home with opened products from stores). I enjoy shopping here sometimes it's confusing with the price placement the signage are not properly placed. You load your basket up and go to the register to find out your items are not on sale. I was told that this discount does not count on the foam soap because it is not "body care" but I tried to tell them that cleaning your hands is caring for your body and they told me that your hands don't count as body,skin care. But why not are your hands not part of your body? Do they not have skin? In the picture provided it might be small but it only says "bar soaps excluded" giving anyone who can read the impression that they can get the foam soap. Writing a review in hopes the manager gets the proper training for customer service hospitality. Walked in to the store was greeted by the associate Amanda who was offered help but I had advised her I was there to just look around to use my coupon. I had looked around and found a sent that I thought was the same as what I had. I just thought they changed the designed of it so I went to check out. As I was making my purchase the associate Samantha was also very kind and patient had advised to put my number in I had told her I have two numbers cause I just changed my phone number so I wasn't sure which number was in the system. As I was talking to Samantha another associate Feness decided to butt in with her loud voice and poor attitude talking over the associate Samantha basically trying to show that Samantha had no idea what she was saying but literally repeated what Samantha was saying in a rude way. I finished my transaction and thank Samantha for her kindness. Then as I walking out I saw the lotion that I actually wanted so the same associate Amanda who kindly greeted me advised me she would let the cashiers know I will be coming back for a exchange as I went to exchange my item which i literally just purchased within 1min not even leaving the store. When I got to the front associate Kayla whom was very kind but didn't know how to make the exchange had asked Feness who I figured was the manager. (This was the same rude associate from earlier) She said i couldn't exchange a spray for a perfume for a lotion that cost the same price, i advised Feness the manager if she can make a exception cause I just purchased it the item. she actually was there during the transaction. She said no with a smirk. She then told the associate Kayla she looked confused and that she would just take over the transaction. I advise her I would just exchange the lotion and keep the spray. It made no sense to me cause they both cost the same price and they are both body care products! Feness is a manager who is very rude and honestly unpleasant to deal with. It hate to give the store a 1 star cause Amanda, Samantha and Kayla were amazing associates but honestly the Manager Feness needs better training on patience and how to treat regular associates. We just went in initially to look and ended up spending like $60 this is a typical female thing. When I was in the strip I ended up seeing another female with the bag that look like ours so we weren't alone LOL. It's so easy to get lost in here for hours we were there for at least close to an hour if not an hour and a half just smelling different smells and trying to figure out what I wanted! Overall I ended up with hand soaps and my mom got her thousand wishes perfume little gift bag they got going on there. The workers were all pretty nice here that I interacted with! My mom accidentally got lotion all over her nose and face and a worker seen and they were able to laugh it off LOL. They have so many things to choose from between the candles, lotions soaps, body butter, wallflowers, even little mini backpacks to put your stuff in! You just definitely have to come in and check it out for yourself because they have so many things to offer! Definitely would recommend! Only thing I'm upset about is there is, which is not too bad compared to Victoria's Secret, a two dollar price hike ( at least ) in their fragrances alone... it's just irritating. I always come here for the essentials and usually never have issues. However, i did an online pickup order and had my grandma pickup my order and she didn't notice they didn't give me all my items. When i went back to hopefully get the rest of the items I paid for, the worker was rude and basically said she couldn't prove they shorted me. She also gave me the wrong customer service number. I came here to exchange some candles and hopefully NOT pick up another, lol. We were greeted by Keisha who was quite friendly. I came in for the Among the Clouds but they were all out. Keisha was extremely apologetic and stated they most recently sold out. Knowing I would be passing through Pittsburg, I inquired if they would call the other store. Keisha instantly stated she would check and radioed to the front end to request the call. To my surprise and again, Keisha was apologetic, the front end refused to make the call. I was beyond confused thinking what level of customer service is this? I came in for a specific product and the store being aware they didn't have it, did not even entertain the thought of calling without an explanation. I believe I overheard she radioed or asked Margarita who is a lead/supervisor. Again I was just shocked because the store was not busy so this accounts for the low rating but I was pleased with the service and interaction received from Keisha. Thank you for displaying customer service in the face of those who clearly don't understand what that may fully look like. Even if they refused to call, an explanation would have been nice considering other chain retail locations will do so without a problem, especially if they are unable to look it up in their system. Yikes, went into this store to make a purchase and find out about their coupons. Apparently, during the COVID-19 Shutdown they lost all data, per the ladies at the counter. They said that they will re-enter my phone and email later and it will automatically sync up to my new address for the mailings. I'm sorry but that makes no sense. She then told me to call the number at the bottom of my receipt. What receipt, they didn't give me anything. So, I just wasted over 20 minutes dealing with confused employees. They have a nice selection and the set up is really well done for naturally leading into the next section. I was a little turned off when I had to wait for a while because chatting with the customer ahead of me seemed to be the priority versus moving them along to talk while ringing me up, though. Multitask babe! Also some of the sign placement for prices was a bit questionable and misleading. I can see why people were confused when these awesomely cheap candles turned out to be three times what they were seemingly marked to be. I needed to pick up hand soap and pocket antibacterial. I was trying to avoid having to go to Somersville Mall in Antioch. Not that Somersville Towne Center is bad, its just that there really isn't much else there which makes shopping not so fun ... especially with a baby. When we stopped by it was pouring rain and there were no other shoppers in the store. The 2 employees who were working immediately greeted us upon entering the store, and were quick to give us a shopping tote and point us in the direction for what we asked for. It took less than 5 minutes to gather up 10 foaming hand soaps and 5 pocket antibacterials. We walked toward the register and fast approached one of the gals who began ringing up our purchase. My sister whipped out her phone with a 20% off your entire purchase Groupon. She said they don't take Groupon coupons, but then said that it didn't matter because there was another online coupon so she was just going to go ahead and give us the 20% off. I was excited! It is the husband's best friend's wife's birthday. Yes, that's a mouth full. She always keeps their house stocked with delicious soaps and candles. Bath & Body Works seemed the logical choice to shop for her. For fear of my husband getting his man card yanked (according to Bill B), I offered to take command of the feminine purchasing. Here is why we probably should have kept his man card in jeopardy. Men have sale deflectors that women do not. You see, my husband could have easily walked in and purchased exactly one gift for her. I could not. Their antibacterial soaps were 3 for $10. There were no less than 3 islands full of 70-90% off items. Their signature gels, lotions and spritzes were all $5 each. The total damage at the register was $45 but I carried out $145 worth of merchandise. Should I have stuck to the $25 budget and only purchased the gift I walked in there to buy? Probably. I can't help it..I'm a girl. My husband's man card stays safely in his pocket, while his wallet suffers a $20 loss. At least that $20 translates into a clean and softly perfumed woman by his side, right? read more

First time inside this Bath & Body Works and we had an excellent experience. Casey asked if we needed help and was quick in clarifying a question I had regarding a coupon we received in the mail. We got our hand soaps, 5 for $23 and used our 20% coupon along with our free gift coupon. Our total came out to $19 for 5 soaps and a travel size shower gel. Always a deal at B&BW. Casey ended up ringing us up as well and noticed one of the soaps appeared a little lower than usual. She went over to the shelf and got us one that was full and unopened. She really went above and beyond for us when she didn't have to. We did notice the difference in the volume, but only after she pointed it out. So, thank you so much, Casey! Being in nursing school and finally working an 8 hour shift in the hospital twice a week, I wash my hands a lot. Go into a patient's room...wash hands. Leave patients room...wash hands. Leave hospital....wash hands. Prep before surgery....wash hands. If I don't know what to do.....wash hands (to buy time). ;-) At the end of the day, my hands feel like leathery, callused messes with all of their moisture sucked right out of them. Thank you to Bath and Body Works for their HandiBac moisturizing and disinfecting hand lotion that come in little hand held sizes that fit so nicely in the pocket of my scrubs. And for 2 for $5, I savor the flavors of nectarine mint and coconut lime verbena practically everyday. Also, mucho thanks to Melissa, the store worker who helped me find the most perfect tinted lip gloss in the store. She actually tried it on herself and looked pretty fab, so I got one as well. A place to buy gifts, this new location at THE STREETS OF BRENTWOOD was perfect! Once you get use to the layout of this mall, parking is a breeze. Once inside, the layout is similar to other stores. However, it's still clean and new here, so the time spent was nice. If it were just about the location, I'd rate 5 stars. I had a couple of things give 4 at this time. Searching for help, wasn't easy at first. It could have been that is was a little before Christmas and everyone was shopping. I had one simple item. Japanese Cherry Blossom - the shimmery one. I don't know much about these things, but Mrs N smells yummy when she wears it and also like the glitters that come in the very same lotion. I had a problem finding it though. There wasn't anyone on the floor just looking to offer assistance. The registers are in the back, so you have to hunt for help back there when it's busy. When I finally got help, it was from a guy who didn't seem full of knowledge. I came to find out later the exact product that I was looking for was not located within the product group because they decided to no longer make that product. I was able to substitute for a similar product that smells the same but with much smaller glitter. The other 4 star issue was the gift card. This chain is part of Limited Brands, which has brands such as Victoria's Secret and The White Barn Candle Company. The nice lady at the register must have been new since she immediately relayed my card would not work at this store. I read the back of that card that stated it would. After a bit of back-and-forth, she says she'll try it and see. Well thank you miss. Turns out...it works! Guess she learned something new. The experience here was nice. The people seemed new, but were trying to be helpful and were still courteous during a very busy time. I will continue to hunt down Cherry Blossom products for Mrs N at this new store. read more

Wow! I just want to say how impressed I was by the staff at Bath and Bodyworks at the Streets of Brentwood yesterday! Atecia (sp?) was the woman who helped me. I'm sure I brought a challenge asking for a candle that turned out was from the holiday season, with little information outside of the name. However, she and the supervisor (I think her name was Courtney?) helped me find one that was very much similar, going all around the store until we found the 'right' scent, AND offered me their bogo deal that had expired the day previous. And so I left with 4 freaking candles... I normally dislike going to the mall and I have never particularly favored Bath and Bodyworks, but I will definitely go back. read more
