Most of the time those 2 are at checkout or they send one to manage shelves or other tasks. So cleaning becomes back burner task. They aren't the most high end couches, but they are comfortable and they look nice. We had our couches delivered and there was a problem with the loveseat. It wasn't coming together right and was off kilter. They took back and Jazzi Rae personally called us, apologized, and made sure a new one was sent out later that day.
