They have a limited selection of furniture, but you can find a great deal on furniture that is no longer being produced and what they have is what they have. Everyone at Jazzi Rae's was really nice and helpful and we had a great experience. We ended up purchasing a sofa and loveseat for a very good price. They aren't the most high end couches, but they are comfortable and they look nice. We had our couches delivered and there was a problem with the loveseat. It wasn't coming together right and was off kilter. They took back and Jazzi Rae personally called us, apologized, and made sure a new one was sent out later that day. Bought a couch for $2,200 it was delivered quickly Love the couch. But there were a few small Tears in Fabric and pillows had fabric hanging off them. After calling on 8/15:20 to get it resolved I was inform to call fort Walton Beach store and talk to Carmen. I called Carmen 4 times and left messages finally the 5th call I was able to reach her she told me to take pics send in and someone will contact me and it will be fixed in about a week or 2. It's now sept 28th and when spoke to the owner she down played it. I simple only asked for 20 percent back since I can't seem to get no one out she then stated it doesn't look like it needs to be repair. I will be sending these photos to my bank because this is not what I paid for!! Sadly If they had did the correct thing and took care of it I was coming back to purchase a new bedroom set but afraid it will be same issues. read more

After paying $1070 ( payment in full), waiting 4 weeks, the furniture arrived at the Defuniak Springs, Florida warehouse, we were told that it was worth more than the invoice we paid and were supposed to pay hundreds more than the invoice in order for the owner to allow it to be delivered to the store. We were supposed to pick it up without further charges. The store manager was very caring, however I assume the owner is not. We are a 70+ year old couple. Great business model. Based on my experience with Jazzy Rae's, I strongly suggest you shop elsewhere. After my purchase of a bedroom suit, I was treated like I was no longer a customer, rather a bother to them as I was trying to simply get missing hardware! BUYER BEWARE! 1) Huge restocking fee, not disclosed We purchased a new recliner September 2021, brought it home in the box, unpacked it, and found it was too large for our living room. Called the store immediately (within 2 hours of purchase), and found that even if we brought it back immediately, we would be charged a 25% restocking fee. That policy was never verbally or otherwise disclosed to us before we left the store. It was technically printed on our invoice/receipt. 2) We were stuck with the chair. The first time we sat in it, found it to be defective. Manufacturer warranty, so the repair was finally completed on 3/1. We still have a chair that is too large for our space, but I will never do business with them again. read more

My entire house is furnished with furniture from Jazzi Rae's! They have a beautiful show room full of any piece of furniture you could think of. And if they don't have it, they will order it for you! Everyone there is a pleasure to work with. And they even deliver all the way out to Santa Rosa Beach :) definitely worth my drive. read more

Thank you so much to this awesome place for helping us find a beautiful new couch. We are so lucky we came into the store after getting many recommendations. The staff was so nice and greeted us as soon as we walked in and asked if we had any questions and what we were looking for. We sat on many couches and decided on the perfect one. To make the experience better, the kind woman working offered me a couch that wasn't on display because she knew I would like the colors better. I appreciate her help so much as I now have the couch of my dreams. We purchased this couch on Sunday and it was in my home getting set up by Tuesday morning. Deliverers were courteous and professional, and called before they came to make sure I was home. They may not have a whole lot in the store to look at, but the have several catalogs to look at. They are very friendly and helpful and make you feel comfortable while you browse. They are also very truthful if you are picking something out and you ask their opinion, this is something I find very hard to find with small businesses. They offer military discounts and deliver for free, can't say the same for other big name stores in town that we just bought from. The furniture is good quality stuff too, not the cheap stuff you would get from Walmart. Highly recommend this store to anyone, especially if you are looking for low cost good quality furniture. read more

The staff here is very customer oriented. As soon as I walked in, I was politely greeted and helped to find out what I was looking for right away. They let me check out the various pieces on the floor and then after finding a set I liked, they wrote down the measurements so I could make sure everything fit in my room. After they delivered the bed set, we noticed that during transit part of the bed frame had been damaged. They continued assembling it anyway so that I had something to sleep on and then contacted the provider to get me new parts. They delivered the new frame free of charge and reassembled it for me.
