My experience yesterday was something out of the ordinary. I have never experienced anything like it in South Florida when I've shopped at TJ Maxx. I won't put details here but I can tell you that it was very disappointing. I definitely took the opportunity to write about it in the survey that they sent me via email with my receipt. The experience upset me so much that I contemplated making my daughter and her friend return the purchases that we made yesterday but I opted not to do so. The girls were oblivious to the experience, two giddy teenage girls that were just happy to be out shopping for the day while on vacation. I picked out a few items, but the purpose of our trip was for them to shop and while I was trailing and waiting on them. While waiting, I had time to observe what was happening while we were in the store and it was not a comfortable experience.

So I went and tried to use the balance, and they had updated the register system and it would not recognize the card. I tried 3 different store. There is no expiration on the card. So I called customer service, was given a "Ticket number" for my case, and was told it would be reviewed and a new card with the balance would be mailed. It never happened. They aren't the most high end couches, but they are comfortable and they look nice. We had our couches delivered and there was a problem with the loveseat. It wasn't coming together right and was off kilter. They took back and Jazzi Rae personally called us, apologized, and made sure a new one was sent out later that day. There is a Class Six and commissary right by the exchange. A local in Pensacola recommended this exchange over the one in Pensacola. He said this exchange was a bigger store and had more of a variety than the Navy Exchange in Pensacola.
