Employees were extremely rude for no reason both times that I went there, went there for my very…read morefirst time a few months ago and found some true religion sweatshirts and I thought I might as well go try them on before I buy them, I walked into a changing room to put them on and some lady that worked there started slamming on the door and said that I needed to wait in line, even though there was no line nor was there a sign, second time I went there was tonight and I work six days a week eight hours a day at the Meijer across the street, thought I would go there and buy some shorts because I'm going to Japan tomorrow and don't have enough shorts, I found a really cool shirt and a Carhartt jacket along with some awesome shorts and I made sure that the store was still opened because they said they were closing at 9:30 and it was around 8:50 so I thought I was good, but then when I was about to go to the checkout lane, some lady knocked me with a cart and said they were closing and to get out and I said excuse me? Because I have never felt such terrible customer service in my life very rude by the way and she made me put all my stuff back on the shelves and told me it's because they didn't want to do any extra work and then after I did, she walked me to the door and told me to leave because they have too many people in line, why didn't she just tell me there was too many people in line as I was getting in the store? Absolutely horrible customer service and probably never going back there again. I am a paying customer and do not deserve to be treated like this!!! Now I have to buy some overpriced shorts somewhere else that is opened this late and I am at a loss.

Sadly, the home section is super small here. They did have a lot of salt lamps, and I saw some nice book end ones. I did not see other types of crystals though. However, I was super excited when I stopped by the jewelry section. I saw necklaces with some of my favorite semi-precious stones. I also saw a lot of bracelets as well. I ended up purchasing this adorable bracelet for only $14 on sale. It was one of my favorite stone adventurine and it had a turtle on it. It looked very beachy. I saw a super cool Tigers eye bracelet as well. A lot of these necklaces and bracelets were on sale, with many only at $13 a piece. I wanted to buy so many to be honest, but ended up choosing the one for now. I want to come back another day for some more.

It's nice where it's part of the mall but on the outside and plenty of parking without almost getting ran over constantly like you would at the 12 and Gratiot location. This one is also very updated when it comes to the other location on having self scans and just in my opinion a nicer staff. They also seem to always be stocked up on all the sizes when it comes to clothing and have a little bit more inventory which is nice. This is a great place to grab you know quick gifts for someone especially kids since you know they're gonna break it probably in a week anyways. I come here mainly because of the price when I know I need something that I could buy at Walmart or somewhere else but don't want to deal with those lines and the craziness.

I was happy to purchase a beautiful Yellow Forsythia Artificial Wreath for My Front Double Doors and 2 sets of colored Tulips for an artificial floral arrangement at this Ollie's Bargain Outlet. I also purchased Serta Soft Cool and Warm material Bed sheets throughout my browsing and price checking with comparison. Yes, this location maybe disorganized at times or messy areas of towels or other sale items but shoppers can be the reason because every time I shop here for a sale item or check on an ad item, the staff here are working the best they can and hard at times unpacking boxes to stocking shelves. I've been greeted with a Hello at times which is courtesy of them in between their busy work schedule. If busy at check out and a long line begins, another pleasant employee will open up another register.
