Service is so slow rude! The manager who set herself on the office rolling her eyes while customers were trying to get checked out. Like, if you don't want to do your job, go home! Leave! I don't care about the price increase, most items are $1.25 and that's not too bad. There's a lot of chaos depending on when you visit, folks and things are all over. The customer service is always excellent, even if they tend to have long conversations while checking people out. I'd rather have a happy cashier, than one who is miserable on their job. What I like most about this store is that, sometimes you'll find things that are a great buy, for the cost. Unfortunately, you may never see it sold there again, but it is like getting a sample of a great product. They were selling Dove Nourishment Cream, when I think back, I wish I purchased all of them. I seen that they had freeze dried bananas and fruit mix but no strawberry like the Irving location , after asking Taylor for help , I felt so bad because she was restocking she insured me this was her job I wasn't bothering her ! I have shopped Dollar Tree stores for 30+ years. They are great for inexpensive items for households, my kids, and now my grandkids. I'm totally on board with price increases after all these years. My complaint is that it's difficult to know what price items are in the store. I bought bulk amounts of household goods for work and most of them rang up higher than the $1.25 I expected. read more

It's great that they have everything for $1. I alway look that the healthcare aisle and I got few bar soap. I recommend you try the lavender bar soap. I tried and it has the most amazing scent. Not bad for one dollar. read more

Let me tell you something about me: I have no problem letting you know that I beeline it to the clearance section just about ANYTIME I shop. It just makes mo sense to me to pay for a "brand". Granted you get what you pay for sometimes, but here you can pick up just about anything you need for $1. Last year I spent almost $100 on Xmas decorations all to not know where they are this year bc I moved. Never again. I took my cheap behind to the dollar store this year and I spent $30 to make my house look like Santa clause could live here!!!! That even included me making my own wreath and wire cutters for the flowers as well!!! Which is wayyyy more pretty than the target or walmart ones. I also picked up things for my Xmas potluck like plates, napkins, cutlery, and cups. AND a coke bc I was parched after I filled my basket up with $1 goodies. :) I always play the safe route with food items and things like that, but a snickers bar and cheetos are the same anywhere you buy them....and if you need it I'm sure you can stock up on some key pantry item like soups and rice if need be. Don't act like you ain't too good to get you some food out the dollar store, sometimes it is what it is. All in all, def a place on my list to save some $$!! read more

The dollar store. It has everything you need (except produce, meat, and clothes). But seriously... besides those items, it has EVERYTHING you need. And even though it says "dollar" on the outside, I'm still surprised that everything in here is seriously only $1. Isn't that nuts!? I stopped in today to grab some ribbon for a gift, and I was amazed at the wide assortment of product available. It seems to me that most items are pretty great quality as well. I didn't feel like I was at a garage sale full of crap. This Dollar Tree is well organized, clean, and full of surprises. I had no idea that I could buy nice plates, bowls, glasses, and wine glasses here. I've been wanting to get a new set of dishes, and I'm definitely going to go back ASAP to pick out a set. They even have holiday colors! Speaking of holidays (my favorite subject), The Dollar Tree has a decent selection of decor. Then they have a ton gift wrap stuff, make-up and hair-care products, office and school supplies, kitchen ware, boxed and canned food, flip flops and sunglasses, candy and beverages, vases and picture frames, candles and more. I love the staff all wearing masks. I go there for a lot of things, mostly crafting supplies, and am always surprised at what they have!! I bought seeds & sod pots for the spring, name brand toothpaste, toothbrushes, name brand shampoos & conditioners, eggs, name brand canned goods, name brand candy, you name it! It's different every time, not all of these items are available everyday, but I love it! The employees are nice and personable. Just can't say enough good things about it! read more

They never have an adequate number of cashiers. I have been in the store on 3 separate occasions with over 7 people in line and they there is no other employee to be found. Just today, thE line was over 10 people long and there was no help to be found. read more

There is an employee there who was working today. She worked the line next to me, and was venting to another customer how she didn't believe that Muslims should be allowed in the states. She vented all about just Muslims. I believe this to be extremely inappropriate, especially to represent a brand. I was there on 12/19/2021 bought 128$ stuff than i wanted to return just 5 things i went there on very next day 12/20 show them to my receipt and asked them for money back or store credit but cashier Martha said u have to exchange with another product I asked some product which l needed but they didn't have it than they still want me to buy stuff i say ok and bought 5 things which l don't need them all than they told me to stand in line and make me wait but the attitude of the girls were so ridiculous and that time manager was I believe her name was Brock or something like that she was also very rude usually I don't care about kids attitude or rudeness but these girls were so much disturbing and disrespectful i have decided i will never go again read more

Friday, September 13, 2019 at 8:49 PM CDT I stopped by the Dollar Tree located in Euless TX (store #3712) to purchase a few items. However, when I tried to enter the store I noticed an aging female employee standing inside the right front door blocking entrance on that side so I attempted to enter the left front door and found it to be locked. The female employee barely cracked the right door and informed me the store was closed to which I questioned "at 8:49 PM y'all are closed?" she stated yes, but she would inquire with the store manager, Vicky, to see if they could let me in, she yells across the front of the store and Vicky replied "no, we're closed.". There were still a handful of shoppers in the store. I was shocked to learn that a national retailer would close 11 minutes prior to their posted closing time. Retailers question "what's happened to retail?" Retailers have happened to retail! They no longer value client relationships/customer service, they exhibit poor employee relations/retention, etc. It's no surprise brick & mortar retailers are losing customers every day. read more

My friends and family call me the coupon queen because I can stretch a dollar so far poor Georgie is unrecognizable! This is one of my favorite bargain spots. It is close to my job so I will pop in on my lunch break. They have the best selection of cleaning items, some national brands, and yes, all for a dolla! So when my our humble home starts to look like a frat house and I realize it has been a few weeks since I have vacuumed and mopped, I take my butt over here and load up on carpet cleaning powder, and all sorts of cleaners. Not all that great. It was at the beginning when i moved here late '15 but really became a undesirable task to get a few items. Unorganized, barely any staff and the doors are just annoying. Cashier Christina is a complete nightmare, especially if you are African American. I came in for a few items, and she never greeted me, never said thank you for coming in, she just glared at me like I was the scum under her feet, treated me like I was an inmate. I felt so uncomfortable, as I had done absolutely nothing to warrant her behavior, I am a very kind and friendly person, and she greeted and thanked all of the caucasian customers in the store, however, she wouldn't speak to me at all when i spoke to her, and continued to roll her eyes at me and give me crazy attitude for no reason. I have never been so uncomfortable, and would never recommend anyone of color to go to this store. If you enjoy being discriminated against go see Christina. read more
