Poor customer service. self checkout is card only no cash. If you are in hurry and have few items you have to stand in line for cashier to check you out which can take more time if people ahead of you have more items. They do not seem to care about this at all. Cashier chats with girls and works very slow like in a slow motion movie! Wasting time. People ahead of you are inconsiderate. read more

Who doesn't love target?!? Target has everything you'll need for your household - groceries, clothing, electronics, kitchen needs, almost everything. I love coming here for a last minute gift purchase or walking around just because. The prices are reasonable, the clothing are comfortable, and the $1 section is a definitely a must see! Make sure you download the app. Sometimes the app has cheaper prices and Target will match it. If you apply for the RedCard, then you'll get additional savings. At the checkout line, make sure you type in a phone number to add points. It's free and you don't need to sign anything.. just input your number and you're set! I do agree with Kendall S. The checkout is probably what I dread when I finished shopping. There are too many registers and I never seen them all working. I'd like to know when they use all of the registers at the same time. read more

It has been more than a few months since I done any kind of shopping at Target. I love coming here, this store is always clean, neat in appearance, organized and well stocked. As one traverses through each isle it's free of any kind of debris and staff at this store appears to be happy and like working here. One of the employees I came across was Ms. Viviane, who had a genuine smile, pleasant demeanor, welcoming, kind and very polite. She assisted me when I was having trouble navigating the Target App. Once she assisted me she asked if she could help with anything else, when I said no, so she continued with her task. Once I completed shopping I went to the register where I was rang out by Mr. Donninyn, who was very polite and asked if we found everything we needed. I have always loved the convenience of Target, however today was the second time the following has happened to me. I use their app. I never had an issue before the past time (which I wrote off as a one off, it was not) and today. So I'm checking out in the express and I open the app to pay. It's not signed on, fine I sign on. Then it wants a pin, I take a guess at the pin as I never have to sign on previously. Then it tells me I need to punch in a code from an email, WTH! So I'm standing there refreshing my email trying to get a pin. The pin comes through which I copy from the email and the app tells me it's incorrect. I ended up paying with Apple Pay. My whole purpose for getting a Target credit card was to get the 5% discount and to easily pay on the app. Another customer at one of the checkouts in the self checkout was having the same issue. So this target is MASSIVE ! I know it's a super target, but even so it's a bit overwhelmingly large. We stopped in to grab a few items and it may have not been that best option for what we needed. That being said, it was pretty good as far as targets go There's a massive parking lot but also it's a very busy store, so we did have to park pretty far back. They do have a large covered area in the front-middle for pickup orders. I personally was very excited because my usual target never has women's basics in small sizes. I swear, this location has THE BEST clearance section in women's clothing. I'm a tall girlie and I've snagged long inseam jeans and leggings here for like $10! Unlike ALL OTHER TARGETS I've visited, this location DOES NOT accept Cat & Jack returns/exchanges without the receipt. This is DESPITE having "Target Circle" which is supposed to eliminate your need for a receipt. Apparently the policy is at the store's discretion now... My beautiful 11 year old who very likely passed her taekwondo belt test today and is now a brown belt got into the car and broke down sobbing. Asking me over and over if she was fat. This beautiful child deserves better. Our young girls deserve better. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourself. If you at target corporate played any part in this. Come on, we're reviewing Target, what negative is there to say!? I will never get tired of this store, but my wallet would beg to differ. I've recently started doing a bit more grocery shopping there, but just for something light. They don't have the selection you'd see at your local grocery store, but they have enough to prepare a few meals and some things for packing lunches. My only "hiccup" would be the self-check area closest to the grocery side, the lady who assists (Mary), gets a bit too close for comfort. Twice now, when I've needed help, she gets a bit too much into my personal space. However, she's a doll, and is always so dang kind! read more

Passing through Texas, I got stranded because of a weather-related flight delay, so I spent the night with my daughter and her family. My granddaughter wanted to make slime, so we made a trip to Target to get the necessary ingredients. Who would have known? We quickly found all the necessary ingredients at one of the nicest Target stores anywhere, and then we made slime - a first for me. My granddaughter is an expert slime maker and knows all the ingredients, so she won the slime-making competition. No surprise! - Slime is sorta, kinda like play dough. read more

Did you know....I'm about to sound like I work for Target, but I don't, I only worked there one summer in college, but let me just tell you about the benefits. If you have the Target Red Card you save 5% on every single purchase. You were going to buy groceries anyway so just pay that card off every month. If you have the Target app there are all kinds of coupons and discounts you can get on items you buy. And sometimes they offer specials deals. A couple weeks ago they offered 6 months of free deliveries from the store to your house. I signed up thinking I'd never use it because I love going to Target, I love taking my little one in the cart, and he loves looking at everyone and everything. Well, it's cold out, it's Saturday, and we don't have a thing to eat so I decided to try out the delivery service. I can get every single thing I would normally buy including meats, dairy, and produce delivered to my door...in less than 2 hours after placing my order! It would have taken me longer to get dressed! I ended up using the service a second time the very next day. After all I go to Target almost everyday. My Shipt shoppers were both great communicators and delivered everything I needed, I couldn't have shopped better myself. I never thought I would use this kind of service. I figured I would be more likely to be the shopper than the customer. But throw in all the elements and here I am collecting groceries from my front porch. This is my favorite Target. It is clean, people are friendly, and it recently had a bit of a face lift. I enjoy the new wine section and I always appreciate the scanners at the end of some isles so you can get a price check or call for customer service. It is the little things that you come to appreciate. This particular visit, I came in need of a dinosaur toy, deodorant, and oatmeal. Where else would I go? They also had a man sampling Ferraro Rocher chocolates. Score! I got everything I needed, looked at things I don't, and got a sturdy shopping bag to line my bathroom trash can. Absolutely love this Target!! They are updating it, so there is a lot more space to walk around, bright lights, and larger sections, such as clothjng, produce, and food. The brighter lights make it easier to see all the products and give you such a welcoming feeling. Their clothing section has tons of cute and modern options. I love that their clothes go up to XXL and they also have a plus sized section. Also, in the store they have a separate wine and beer section. It is also super new and has its own register, so you can just shop for wine and beer if you need to. They also added more self check out lines that make it easy to get in and out of the store quickly. The customer service is also great! I used the self check out and got cash back. I guess I waa rushing so much that I forgot it. Not only were they understanding, but were apologetuc and gave me back my $20. They told me that this happens unfortuantely all the time. I do love Target, of course. How can you not? Everything you need in one place; groceries, wine, candles, holiday decor, clothes that are actually well made, trendy, and not too overpriced (although prices are definitely rising...), toys, jewelry, an optometrist, photography studio, appliances, furniture. Seriously... Everything. Target is definitely a convenient one stop shop, particularly at Christmas time. It's so nice to buy lights for your house, ornaments, and a couple Christmas gifts for both children and adults..... In one place! Something else that's nice... Target is always extremely clean and well organized; even the clearance sections. My one complaint: there are almost never enough cashiers working at the same time. Why are there sooooo many registers when only 4-5 lanes are ever open? Those middle registers seem to be an odd and barren waste of space. It's pretty annoying. I love going to Target but I dread approaching the check-out. Despite the surely-slow check-out (especially when it's crowded), I continue to shop here fairly often. It's not my go-to store for groceries necessarily, but when you're having one of those multiple errands days, Target is the place to start. read more

How does Target stay in business? Compared to Walmart they have no customers. It is sad they have a very nice store. Very large place it takes a while to walk around. The store is very clean and bright. Good selection of everything you could want. It is funny how they have like 30 cash registers but only 1 or 2 open. And they are always on the other end of where I parked. This store is all the above big bright clean. They have food and everything else you may want. Returning and exchanging items were stress free in my experience and they have the usual socks and clothing I would need. Won't lie. I don't know that I've ever given a Target store less than 5 stars before. This isn't a bad store, but it's got a few idiosyncrasies and flaws that make it deserve a 4. First, the positive. It's great having a Super Target so close by. They truly have a much larger selection of both groceries and general merchandise than a typical Target store. Target also tends to have much better produce than Wal Mart or Albertsons in my experience. This store also seems to have a particularly large menswear section, which tends to be a little skimpy in most Target stores. This store is also perfectly located right at the Glade Road exit from highway 121, which makes it basically three turns and I'm home. However, there are a few oddities with this store. Despite the fact that, as a Super Target, it has a better grocery selection than a standard Target, it still feels like this store has substantially less selection than other Super Targets. It seems like the floor space for grocery is about the same, but they just have more facings of fewer products. I've always found unique grocery items at Super Targets, so that's a little disappointing here. Secondly, the wine and beer area isn't in the grocery section, but rather in a sort of "store-within-a-store" on the other side of the check lanes. That makes for some awkward maneuvering when you want to grocery shop, grab a bottle of wine and go to the checkout. Finally, the general merchandising area on the north end of the store is broken into a couple of east-west sections that don't seem to have much rhyme or reason to them, making finding things a bit difficult. Overall, still a die-hard Target fan, but this store could make a few tweaks. read more

This target is so clean and organized. The employees are helpful and friendly. There's rarely a long line at checkouts. The sale racks always have affordable things, the clothes are cute. The home goods are high quality, they also have good makeup brands unlike some other targets, their produce is always fresh and the Starbucks inside makes drinks a little slow but it's inside target which is nice. read more

I love this location. It is close to work and is grocery store style. I like to come in and get toiletries or whatever on my lunch break, and sometimes will pick up a salad for lunch. Their salads and sandwiches are always fresh and delicious. It's clean and the produce is very fresh.
