If I could rate it lower, I would. I have never had a cashier take my basket pick it up dump it out all over the counter/floor. Mary just gave me by far. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have no idea why she is even working.. I then tried to call the store and she picked up and hung up on me and now it is busy. This location/store is usually my Mom and I's go-to dollar store (specifically for seasonal decorations, food items, cleaning supplies, or office supplies). However, this past time we came into the store, it was not as great. As soon as we walked into the store, I noticed a HUGE line of people waiting to be checked out. I believe this is because out of the 4-5 check out lines that they have available, only one register was open. Customers were lining up in different areas, not knowing where the line truly started. This resulted in customers yelling at other customers, as well as customers yelling at employees. My Mom and I JUST started shopping and I immediately wanted to turn around and leave the store, but my Mom wanted to continue shopping. We start looking through the seasonal decor, and I don't know if they just don't have anything yet (since it is only August), but there was a very slim selection. In addition, the party supplies we were looking for were also very low stock. They had the candy and the cleaning supplies we were looking for which was great. The store was starting to get more and more crowded and my anxiety started kicking in. I was starting to have a mild anxiety attack and begged my Mom to wrap up and please finish shopping so we could get out of there. At this point, ANOTHER customer was yelling at an employee and it was getting to be too much. We got in line (with only one register open) and had to wait probably 7-10 minutes to be checked out. The employee that checked us out was friendly/nice. She got distracted mid-way through when a customer asked her a question, and as she turned around, she accidentally scanned one of our items twice. She didn't realize this, so my Mom had to get her attention twice to void it off. She apologized afterwards. I don't know if it's because we went on a weekend or what, but I'm not as big of a fan of this store as I used to be in the past. read more

I like this dollar store cause it's close to my new home- but they are hit or miss with stock and selections of products. I would think since it's close to the holidays to have wall to wall stock- but this store is lacking compared to other stores. I don't mind coming here for a bottle of soda though- which is a dollar versus $2 other places. read more

Dollar Tree in Feasterville, Pa. 12/26/2022 - Will never go in this store again. The employees are so rude. The tissue paper was underneath the sign that stated 50% off. Who ever heard that the tissue paper was not included with the Christmas sale? Well the women was so rude and kept at it with me. I'm the customer so why was she arguing? There are three argumentative employees at that store. Too many for me to deal with. The women grabbed a cart and threw all the tissue paper in it so no other customers would think it was included with the Christmas clearance. I wasn't the only one who thought it was. If your employees wanted to satisfy the customer they should have given us the discounted price then moved the tissue paper. **By the way I went somewhere to get my after Christmas sales. I got quality tissue paper and bags for cheaper so I'm happy I didn't waste my money there. If I could give zero stars that is what the Dollar Tree in Feasterville would get! I don't know how that Dollar Tree stays in business with such miserable employees. read more

This place used to be good until recently. There was an incident today. I was just at the store in the afternoon. There was a cashier, about 40, blonde, you can tell she was special needs by the way she spoke. But this woman was insulting customers before they even got to the front of the line! I get to the register, the bottle of soda slips on the conveyor belt, she mumbles something about standing up the bottle, which I could barely hear because she was speaking so low, and when I don't respond immediately, she throws a fit! She compares us to worse than kindergarteners and she starts arguing with me! Mind you, a small bottle of soda is the only thing I am buying, and I was going to put it in my bag anyway. What difference does it make?! And the reason the line was backed up to 10 or 15 people, was because she was taking 5 minutes per person! She would take a full minute to ring up one greetings card! Look, I worked in retail for 20 years, at various stores. I get that customers can be brutal. But when you're the reason why the line is so backed up, you lose the right to lash out at customers. If she was frustrated that the old lady before me took so long to process with her order, that's got nothing to do with me! I don't care if a customer before me takes 10 full minutes, you do not lash out at a costumer for something another customer did! We had special needs employees at my store too, the last I worked at, but they never did anything this stupid, and they were always exceptional workers. Not this vile woman. If people like this cannot handle working the front of the line, the store should put them in the back, doing inventory. This Dollar Tree lost a customer today, and it is not getting it back. I am never buying there again, because I don't want to deal with rude cashiers making it seem like they're doing a chore by letting me purchase something, just because they're upset that some old lady before me took 5 or 10 minutes! Even though it's extremely convenient in that location, I am never setting foot in there again. You treat customers right, and if they treat your poorly, that's when you get angry. Not beforehand, when people have been waiting in line for 10 minutes just to buy a damn soda. And the worst part was, I was in a hurry to catch the bus, and because the store was packed, I couldn't even stop to properly hash things out with the manager. If I had, I would have had some choice words. That woman deserved to be reprimanded in front of the whole store. read more

Dollar Tree in Feasterville, Pa. The lines in this Dollar Tree are unreasonable. There was only one cashier and the line was long so I asked the cashier to call someone to help. She did and the manager was not happy and took it out on the customers. I find the manager as having a big chip on her shoulder. When I got up to the cashier who I asked to call for backup she was comparing the lines at the Dollar Tree to Boscov's. How can a dollar store compare?? She claims you wait in a longer line at Boscov's but that is untrue. I go to Boscovs almost weekly and its true the lines are long but I walk around the store and always find a cashier with a short line. My time is valuable too so people at the Dollar Tree should be more considerate to their customers or they will lose customers. read more

This dollar store does has some pretty good stuff. That is the only reason they get 2 stars. They have a lot of nice things to decorate for holidays, however their staff is THE WORST. The cashier Sandra has the worst attitude I have ever encountered. I had an issue with her about two years ago and have avoided her line since. I will even stand in a longer line (which happens often) to avoid her. I went recently and she was the only cashier open. I reluctantly got in line, HOPING this time would be different and that maybe that other year she was having a bad day. Nope... she's just a miserable person who cannot help but complain and give you smartass remarks about any situation that comes up. I can't believe that woman still has a job. read more

I'm trying hard to understand this Store. I can't even see where it would work for a family on a very tight budget. They sell everything for $1.00. They are paying overhead costs, employees and opening up new stores everywhere. They are making a profit. They sell JUNK. Save your DOLLARS! The only reason this place is getting 3 stars is because you can find some decent stuff in here for things like picnics or holiday decorations. Sometimes you'll find brand name items out of the blue. Also, There is a certain cashier, Miranda, who greets all customers and is always in a pleasant mood and very friendly and helpful. I find that other employees, managers included, seem to holler across the floor to other employees about things that need to be done or just look plain miserable. You can always find them sitting outside in front of the store smoking, leaving cashiers to tend to long lines alone. read more

The lines in this store are ridiculous. Only 1 register was open for 10 people, yes U counted. About 6 minutes later a cashier checks out her friend, her light was off. This short older caucasian lady cashier was absolutely rude. Management, she needs to learn to acknowledge customers and treat them with respect. Someone asked if she was open, she ignored them. He made several other attempts to asking her, he even walked up to him. When she finished ringing her friend, she walked around to grab the next person in line which was fine but NO ONE IS INVISIBLE. DUDE! wake up and smell the (whole can for a dollar of) coffee. it's the dollar store! everyone knows it's junk. you REALLY have to root around for the bargains there. and there are a couple.: - name brand dishsoap: yeah, they forgot to put the fragrance in it. who cares? like i need to be swept into an orange grove while scrubbing a saute pan. savings of roughly 50% -aluminum cookware (like broiler pans): show me the difference. i use it once and toss it. not exactly "green", i know, but honestly... savings of at least 50% -glitzy bags (to put your gifts in for your girlfriend, or kids): have you purchased one of these at the hallmark store, lately? savings of at least 100%. -toilet paper. often 2 for $1. i'm not going to comment any further on this. -dental floss: i can't believe that people think one is better than the other. it's a length of friggin skinny string. savings of like 100%. -kids toys: this is the ultimate NO BRAINER. a buck to make some little kid happy for 20 minutes (which coincidently, is the length of time that dollar store toy will last AND roughly the outside length of time of most kids attention span). one caveat- beware of chinese lead paint. it's delicious and can be habit forming, right up until death. i'm not advocating buying a defibrillator, insulin, or a replacement air bag for your car from the dollar store, have some common sense, but for 1 time use or disposable products. hell yeah! the dollar store rules. i NEVER seem to get out of there for less than, like... $2. read more
