What made this experience frustrating is that the cashiers are usually very nice, which is why this stood out so much. Today around 11:40 am, I had the rudest encounter. The cashier had her headphones in, was dismissive, and told me she was the only one ringing customers at the time--which wasn't true. Because of that, they refused to give me the item I had already paid for. I was willing to pay for another one just to avoid any issues, but being lied to directly was really upsetting and unnecessary. This could have been handled so easily with honesty and basic customer service. Very disappointing experience compared to how this store usually is.

Still great value and can always find something reasonable. The food court is still my favorite as I sometime getting a sample before buying or go to another place in the food court.
