While looking it over, he noticed a discrepancy between the tire size I had purchased and the recommended size for my car. Instead of just relying on what was in the system, Richard had me pull my car around to the back so he could personally check the recommended tire size. That extra step really stood out to me and was above and beyond what I expected. He confirmed that the previous set of tires I purchased here were actually not the correct size for my car. We picked out the correct tires, and just my luck, they were in stock! Even better, it was only an hour before closing and they were still able to get me taken care of. I walked in expecting to place an order and come back later, and I'm leaving today with a brand-new set of properly sized tires. I'm thrilled with the service and really appreciate Richard's attention to detail. The staff was friendly and helpful, and even though the store was busy, the checkout lines moved quickly. Another plus was the parking.
