To include students and teachers, there were about 30 of us. The store wasn't crowded with was a huge plus when you have special needs high school students. They had a huge selection and the children were able to get everything they need for their Secret Santa. I was also impressed with the large selection of African American Christmas stuff. They had African American Christmas bags, mini tree skirts with Santa, door decorations and even a black nativity scene! I was also very appreciative with the patience and care the staff provided to my students as they paid for their purchases. If I'm in the area, I will definitely be stopping by. I went to the other Dollar Tree a few miles down the road the other day and I noticed that they are now becoming those Dollar General stores. The tags on the shelves has changed and they also switched around the layout of the store. They're all now exactly alike. They also have these plastic cases in the nail accessory aisle which has a lot of the makeup and nail accessories in them. There's a circle cut out in the front so that you can stick your hand through it and grab an item. At first I thought it was because I was in a hood store, but they all are like this now lol SMH. This does not make me want to shop in a store that doesn't trust me. I know I don't steal and others may but it still makes me feel a certain way, plus they have a camera that dings in that aisle too . . . . CRAZY . . . SMH.
