I was in the area and blueberries have been on my mind. I stopped by to check out their fruit selections today. Blueberry shortcake to be exact was what I dreamed about. Blueberries were 3 pints for $10. Bing cherries were $3.99 a pound. That's the lowest price I have seen for cherries this year. I picked up 3 pints of blueberries and a big bag of cherries. I like shopping at this Publix. The cashiers are very nice. The employees in each department are very helpful. I find this Publix has more patience with older citizens. My elder dad liked this Publix because he said he was always treated very well. He liked the pharmacist and the pharmacy techs too. They spoke loud enough for him to hear them and slowly. He came here to get his flu shots each year and COVID shots twice. I have had great deli meat sliced here. Some stores have flies. I haven't seen any here while I am here. The people working to slice meat have clean looking meat slicing machines. Other stores are not so clean looking. Here in the deli the employees are working together and helping customers. I highly recommend this Publix. It's one of the better, if not the best in Huntsville, for cleanliness and customer appreciation.

But even the high end consigned furniture is offered for MUCH less than you'd pay in a regular, fine furniture store for the quality. Even if you do not find what you're looking for, shopping at Interiors By Consign in Huntsville is always an enjoyable adventure. I love to take friends there who have never been to the store and they generally become repeat customers like me. The store had quite a few rocker recliner chairs. I spent time trying out several before picking one. The owner is very nice and accommodating. She set my delivery up for a minimal fee and the delivery was made on time as promised. This store is open Thursday thru Saturday. They sell excellent made furniture and much of it is made here in the USA. They have a loyal fan base, do not advertise and the prices on the furniture are about as low as they are going to be. There is no wheeling or dealing to get 10-15% off the listed price as the owner sets the lowest price to begin with. Due to COVID, there are signs thru the store about furniture not being able to be returned. You can't miss the signs. Pre-COVID the signs weren't up. Even on the clearance rack the clothes still seem outrageously priced. You can get the same quality athletic apparel at Kohl's for sometimes half the price.
