They have a discount system based on how long the items have been there, so if you shop on the first day of the month you might get some steals. We happened to be in on the last day of the month near closing time, and negotiated successfully for the lower price the item would have been marked down to the next morning. They can also arrange delivery. The guys who delivered our piece were very polite and careful. It was all around a great experience. I would go there again next time I'm furniture shopping.

I picked the cup up off the floor and she said "I really need to make a sign that says no food or drinks in here" and then looked at the other employee and said it several more times. I asked if I could throw the cup away after standing there for a few seconds and she looked at me and just took the cup from me with a roll of paper towels in her hand, looked at me and kept walking....so I'm standing there checking out covered in smoothie and they are literally looking at me and cleaning the smoothie saying we need to make a sign today. So beyond rude customer service. Clearly I didn't want to spill the smoothie we just bought on purpose, tried to help clean up, stood there covered in smoothie, and was extremely disrespected. Cool stuff, but I'll just take my business down to TJ maxx for the same prices minus the attitudes. No thank you Pop Shelf, do better at hiring/training your employees.

They are good enough, but feel that the reflected images could be a little distorted. I was looking for something similar to Ikea's Karmsund mirror which could stand on its own. Came across this store and was not sure what I would find there. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered their store. Not sure why there is "salvage" in the name. They have very interesting one-of-a kind furniture that I was looking for, also plenty of mirrors to choose from. Also, quite a good assortment of rugs, flooring options, kitchen/bathroom sinks and such. They have interesting knick-knacks from asian countries. I managed to find a perfect floor mirror for $99, which was way prettier than the ikea mirror. All the furniture items that I liked were $288 which could not have been a coincidence. There is something about that price. I find it to be reasonable and worthy of the quality. Store was well organized and clean. Staff were very nice and friendly. They helped me carry and load the mirror into my car. Noted down a lot of garden items that I will be coming for in spring. I am very excited to find this place in my neighborhood.
