Most items have price tags, but if not the staff will search out the price. Usually the check out line is slow, so be prepared to be patient. I could understand being treated like I was if I stole something or broke something but I literally did what I was told. She reprimanded me like I did something wrong. I tried to explain and stand up for myself and I was told she was going to blacklist me for it, which she did after I told her to do what she felt she needed to do. I understand policy. I understand the need to follow it. There is a way to treat customers and a way not to, especially when your associate directed them wrong. Reprimanding, yelling and chastising them in front of their family and the entire store is not it.

The real thing that impressed me is they carry some things I love that are hard to find elsewhere (Campbell's Golden Mushroom soup for one) and if they do not have it, they will order it and it gets there fast! Another plus is they no have a loyalty program where you earn points and earn a discount coupon. This is a first for Sun Fresh.
