I witnessed him refuse to do an oil change unless a customer provided their VIN number--something most people don't have on hand. Another customer was told he wouldn't install a tire unless they removed it themselves first. Service times are also very slow--it took around 2 hours per vehicle. The overall attitude and professionalism were very concerning. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. He would mess up vehicles if he didn't like the customer.He bullies a young man in Auto center . Go 14 miles down the road to Excelsior springs less than a hour and they're HAPPY to help you ! At first the associate asked if she could help. i don't wear foundation often so i thought id ask if she recommended anything. the foundation she recommended. we sat down and tried it on my skin, the product that she put on my face caused my skin to break out. she then proceeded to bring more products over trying to upsell me, in the beginning it was fine but she continued to give me compliments as if trying to get me to buy more products. i told her i need to check pricing to see if it was in budget. then she continued to show different products. i chose to just get a skincare product that she recommended which works great! when we got to the register she said that because i am over 18 she could give me 35% off without explaining that i would be signing up for a credit card. Which was very discouraging that she wouldn't explain and would degrade me for not wanting to "save" money. Love the store but that was extremely frustrating.

The selection of short sleeve button ups was greatly lacking, yet signs everywhere urging you to go online to shop. If I wanted to buy online, I'd have stayed at home, I want to try on my clothes before paying. I did find a selection of jeans that were $50 marked down to $34.99. I checked to make sure the sign matched the brand and style of jeans that I had selected and finally found the un-marked dressing rooms. Perfect fit. At the register the jeans rang up for $50; when I told the clerk that the sign said different, she just shrugged and said"sorry". Well so am I, I'm sorry you had to restock the jeans and I'm sorry that I wasted my time in your store...it won't happen again.

The trash was overflowing, the tables were filthy, there was trash all over the floor, the area where you get napkins and utinsils was covered in food, the soda area was a wet, sticky mess, the staff behind the counter looked dirty and unkept, my order was wrong. There were crew members in the check out area just standing around chatting when they could have stepped up to help. My husband (who NEVER does this type of thing) called customer service from our table that HE had to wipe down before we would even sit down to eat to inform them of the condition of the cafe and they half heartly apologized and said they would send someone to take care of it. We waited around for about 20 minutes enjoying our ice cream and finally one of the guys who had previously been standing at the self check area came over and gave a less than stellar attempt to clean up before going back to stand around.
