A customer bumping his cart into me and was using extreme profanity in the store the other day and the management on duty was extremely weak in their response to this belligerent customer who was using profanity in front of customers and their children, and in front of a responding employee . Asked them repeatedly to take action and they acted weak in their response to this customer who clearly crossed the line. Today when I followed up with this manager and she smirked and turned petty and unprofessional Screamed at me in front of my kid (petty and childish behavior) as we were making our last donation ever after I asked for an apology she acted childish and asked me to apologize. I believe management at this location is poor and I think the other locations are run much better. This manager was a poor example to the employees nearby which witnessed her childish behavior. I will never shop or donate at this location again.
