I also love buying my shoes from there, I have a pair of Sketchers that are the most comfy shoes I've ever worn and they were only $50. Of course the space can be cramped at Christmas time and things can be out of sorts, but with as many people going through there day in and day out I'd say they're doing a pretty good job of keeping things organized. I also think their checkout system is flawless. The line may be wrapped around the store but it goes so fast - and the cashiers are always so lovely even during the stressful holiday season.

I have years of background in retail sales and that includes managing clothing stores. I understand how keeping up with customers and what they leave behind is difficult. I was blown away how unbelievably well kept this story is. How all of the racks are clean and sized properly. I could find the things that I needed easily. The fitting rooms also were well kept. Every staff member that I encountered was friendly. And I saw many of them, keeping their areas, clean and tidy. Here's what I know. That is not by accident. That comes from the top and filters through the entire leadership team. It's gotta be culture. So props to the team at this TJ Maxx. The day I was there, you killed it. You did a great job and the store was very inviting and easy to shop in.

It has the feel of TJ Maxx or Marshall. That can be nice sometimes, but I personally wouldn't drive to it again. It does have a really large collection, especially of shirts and pants. I did find that the type of "look" seemed to target a different demographic, so I had trouble finding clothes that I liked. When I looked at the tags, most of the clothing was made in China though, so I'm not sure how long it will last. There were a couple of sections with actual Dillards brands, and they were nicer (in my opinion), but then the prices were more like going to the Mall, so I don't really have a need to drive there. If I lived in High Point, I'd probably visit from time to time, but it's not worth the visit from Winston.

The last few times I've been in the store, I have not had a good experience. Today, I went in and had a pleasant interaction at Starbucks. Started my shopping knowing my main item would be in the tech area. I arrive and look around for someone to assist Me. I stood at the counter, walked around the area, called Target from my phone and could not get an answer. After about 20 minutes, I walked until I found an employee. She called on the walkie and someone finally showed up. He seemed irritated from the get go. I was as pleasant as I could be and told him what I was looking for. He opened the cabinet, handed me the package and rang me up. I was a little concerned and wanted to make sure the item was correct. So, I unpackaged and tested it and sure enough, it was the wrong Item. At this point, he was out of sight! Instead of continuing my shopping as I had planned, I ended up at customer service for a refund and took my business to Walmart. The experience was night and day as I was greeted and helped immediately with a smile and thank you! I went to the website to provide this review/ feedback and it kept rerouting me so that was another frustration. I hope my local Target can do better!

The store offers cute clothing, accessories, and various other nick-knacks. The prices are quite reasonable, and they have a wide array of cute tops and dresses. There are limited pant and shorts options, but with all of the adorable other selections you don't typically notice. The thing that sets BohoBlu apart from other botiques is their level of customer service and care. They treat you like a best friend that tries to help out with your shopping trip. They start dressing rooms for you, give their opinions freely, and find the sizes and selections you're looking for. I'm not a big shopper so they make it easy to be a customer. I'll leave most of the shopping to my mother, but I do enjoy my rare trips to BohoBlu.

My favorite items are the one piece pajamas with double zippers. Makes getting children dressed and undressed a real breeze!
