Picked my stuff up within 30 minutes. Went to Biele's next. saleswoman was courteous & professional. Able to tell me prices right then & there. I added in an ankle chain to be cut into a bracelet. Half the price of the first place. Items ready in 2 days. Absolutely perfect work. I louped the solder job & it's very hard to spot where it was soldered. I'm very picky. Owned a jewelry shop for 20 years on west coast. I know how much it costs them to do the repair & their prices are not high. Gold clasps (known as findings) are ridiculously overpriced by manufacturers. Biele's is not charging a lot. I highly recommend Biele Jewelers.

Visited this store on December 11, the…read morefront doors were knocked off their track (same as earlier in the week) allowing debris including trash to accumulate in the lobby and under the rolling cart displays near the front doors. Here's the thing, if leaves and trash are getting in so are rodents looking for a warm home for the winter. Moving inside, the place always looks like a bomb blew up. Shelves are roto tilled, empty cardboard everywhere and giant holes where sale items were. Even at the checkout huge lines, self check never works for us...always a problem. Funny thing is the store in Egg Harbor is actually worse. It's a disgusting mess. The cart area had so much debris under the carts, they couldn't roll properly. I don't think anyone is in-charge of these stores and certainly the area supervision doesn't care or is blind. People don't buy food from filthy disgusting stores like Lidl for long. The outward filth usually means it not much better behind the scenes. The Board of Health would have a field day...can you say "unsatisfactory"? Another customer then walks in, but is welcomed, approached, and is told about the store, products, discounts and offers. Felt extremely mistreated as a first-time customer. Needless to say i returned my (would-be) purchases and walked out. Never again-- and as a long-time Lacey local will inform others not to waste time here.
