We looked around and found it to be comparable to our branch and we picked up a few items. It is certainly easy to find but be careful driving in and out of the parking lot if you use the front entrance at the light - our little low car scrapes a bit in a dip in the driveway.

Now if you ask anyone a question they will barely even look at you. I went into the store last night to make a return and the lady at the service desk jumped back like I was holding them up! Yes she even threw her hands up and jumped back. Now when you buy something for $60 and they will not even consider the situation, this is ridiculous. There employee handed me the wrong item. I got home seen that it wasn't what I had asked for and went back to the store to exchange and was told it could not happen. I will admit I made a mistake by not checking it but when you ask for one thing and they give you another they have some responsibility. Terrible customer service even with some of their products being cheaper I will no longer shop at this store.

Here's a few highlights: 1) Regular and Self check out lanes 2) CVS pharmacy in store 3) Starbucks in store 4) As you enter, there is a spirits shop to the right before you enter the main store (I didn't get a chance to look around) 5) Large food/grocery area 6) Large in store wine and drink selection (a full aisle plus a cold section) 7) Tons of seasonal decor and Halloween stuff already out 8) The aisles are wide and bright - signage is very clear - easy to find what you're looking for 9) Sizeable amount of clothing options 10) Plenty of pet options - toys, food, litter, etc. 11) Also a tech/electronics section with TVs, Gaming systems, etc. The staff was really friendly and answered my questions about how this Target was different from the other one near by. Purses, located at the front left of the store, also failed to hold my attention for long, but I enjoyed the selection of animal themed bags. The preference in hiring is someone in their 20-35 years old range and preferably Spanish speaking. In interviewing potential new employees, loyalty to the job, never calling off, willing to work extra shifts, coming in early to work, working really hard and enthusiastically, being customer oriented, dressed professional in interviewing with a professional resume and cover letter, having college degrees, and having relevant work experiences mean nothing to the Gen Z and Millennial hiring folks. They just hire people they want to hang with, more like looking for new friends. This is especially true of Belk.
