We looked around and found it to be comparable to our branch and we picked up a few items. Instead, I found a beautifully staged, high-end showroom with prices that sit noticeably higher than stores selling brand new furniture. It reminded me of walking into a place called Discount Diamonds and realizing the only thing discounted is your hope. Inside, there is so much motion and so many staff members floating around that it honestly feels like a Hollywood set being prepped between scenes. People adjusting lighting, straightening decor, moving props, resetting the stage. It's impressive to watch but also a little funny because you start to wonder who exactly the intended shopper is. Whoever that lucky demographic might be, it is certainly not me. They even have a cute holiday special where you pick an envelope off a Christmas tree and win ten percent off. Very charming until you open it and see all the conditions. Valid for this item, not that one. Not combinable. Not transferable. Not applicable to anything you were excited about. Still adorable, just... selectively useful. The best part is that I genuinely do enjoy this store. The style is gorgeous, the furniture is unique, and it's fun just to walk around and take it all in. I just never end up buying anything because the prices sit about three times higher than what I can find elsewhere. It's unintentionally amusing in the sweetest way. A store called Almost Perfect that is, fittingly, almost in my budget.

I purchased a trundle bed and their customer service is fantastic. The salespeople in the store are attentive, friendly, helpful and they work with you on when you can pick your item up. You get 2 weeks to pick up your purchase before you get charged a storage fee which is fair. They load your vehicle with care. A definite place I plan to visit again.

Its right at the stoplight... you just turn left and then right (coming from the direction I'm coming from). It's adorable and there are many unique and great items for sale here including good quality wood furniture which is what I was desperately looking for. They get new items every week... so you'll have to continuously go back and check to see what they have. Around 12:40 PM, I found a dress in the clearance section with a red clearance tag clearly marked at $10. I spent time shopping, selected several dresses, and went to the fitting room to try them on. After deciding to purchase three dresses, including the clearance dress, I headed to checkout. The cashier scanned the first two dresses without any issue. When she scanned the clearance dress, she immediately removed the red tag and informed me that the dress was actually $29.99 because the clearance tag had supposedly been placed on the item by mistake. Since I had found the dress in the clearance section and with a red clearance tag attached, I politely asked to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, the manager simply told me that $29.99 was the correct price and that nothing could be done. What bothered me was not the additional $19.99. Had the dress been marked at $29.99 from the beginning, I would have made my purchasing decision based on that price. The problem was being told at checkout that the clearly displayed clearance price of $10 would not be honored. Customers should be able to trust the prices and tags displayed by a store. If a pricing or tagging mistake was made, it was not made by the customer. What disappointed me most was the lack of empathy and any effort to find a reasonable solution. Instead, I left feeling frustrated, misled, and undervalued as a customer. I left the store without the dress and with a much different impression of TJ Maxx than I had when I walked in. I hope management reviews how situations like this are handled in the future, because customer trust is built on transparency and fairness.
