I've called and used their website portal multiple times and it seems there's no one there. Essentially, you buy anything from them, you're stuck with it even if it's defective. In August 2025, bought a beautiful premium long sleeve tshirt. Before giving to my daughter to wear, I washed in on cold delicate with a few minutes in a low heat tumble cycle. The gorgeous lettering just flipped off halfway--it wasn't like a corner here or there--it was most of the letters. It's December. The purchase was made in August. STILL NO RESPONSE. Here the FIFTH email I sent to them and still no response: Hi, I've contacted your store several times, using this email portal and via phone calls and voicemail that have gone unreturned. I'm hoping this time, it will get through to someone who can and will follow through on customer service. I come in every year and buy my daughter something special to remember her family vacation. My family has a condo across the street. We've been coming in since the days Ilan and his college age daughter were running the shop. We've been loyal customers. This summer, I bought my daughter an Existing Kids Tshirt in pink with a lovely PK and turtle logo. I washed it on cold delicate partial tumble dry low before she wore it and the letters were flopping off of the tshirt. I contacted the PK Trading Co using this online portal and left voicemail. No response. Another two times, no response. Months later, I attempted to low heat iron the letters back on and it didn't work. I contacted PKTC again. No response. This tshirt is a nice quality and the right color and it isn't wearable. How frustrating. I have photos I'd like to share with you and sincerely hope that someone does respond and make good on this purchase. I plan to update this review IF I receive ANY response from them. If this review hasn't been updated, it's just because there is STILL NO RESPONSE.

They also have a great sense of humor! :)) Yesterday I stopped in to grab some things, bc I was out of town. I hurriedly changed from my fancy city wallet to my beach duds & unbeknownst forgot to grab my bank cards/credit cards out of it. Just grabbed by beach wallet & made tracks. When I was checking out I got 4 bottles of wine. The lovely young lady there says to me, you get a discount for purchasing four bottles something something... & I was like oh yeah, did I nail it? She Says, "yeah you nailed it" and she says you get a free bag also. And I was like, awesome! lol We were having fun goofing around.. Then, I was about to pay, I realized I had no credit/bank cards as I had left them in my fancy wallet! yikes lol I did have some cash so I quickly counted my cash & said to the cashier "don't go over $160 that's all the cash I got!" Right as the cashier just finished checking out all my stuff it came to $157.34! Almost right on the MONEY BABY! hahah haha. He "Tyler S." looks at me & my cash, laughs & says, well, you def nailed it" and the lovely lady bagging says "divine intervention" Your having a blessed day! Here's some prices we saw.. sneakers, $275. Floor length dress (normal like Sunday morning dress) $395. There were some things and places that were reasonable but my goodness. Some of this was outrageous lol Food options are slim but we stopped and Vinnies pizza and it was SO GOOD and for what you get the price is great! Loved the turf area, they have a walk up bar from the golf place and around the corner a cute girlie bar. I think it's fun on the turf area and just to walk around and look!! I had a blast and I'd totally go back for the Portside area. Side note: a LOT of the workers here were all kind of dismissive. Walking in some never looked up from their phones, "welcome in" but never looked up or offered to help.
