She then threatened to call the police, despite the fact that I was calm, respectful, and merely raising what I believed was a legitimate concern regarding child access to adult products. I left because I was with my children and did not want the situation to escalate. However, I was shocked by the manager's behavior. No customer should be treated with such disrespect for politely expressing a concern. What makes this even more troubling is that this was not the first time I had witnessed this particular manager behaving aggressively toward customers. While many employees at this location have been courteous and professional, I previously observed this manager engaged in a heated confrontation with another customer and speaking in an extremely hostile manner. My concern remains the same: adult products should not be displayed in a way that makes them easily accessible to young children in a family-oriented retail environment. Whether customers agree or disagree with that concern, they should be able to express it without being threatened, dismissed, or ordered out of the store. This experience left me disappointed and concerned, not only about the store's product placement decisions but also about the professionalism and conduct of its management. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when raising concerns involving the welfare of children. This version is stronger because it sticks to observable facts, clearly describes the manager's conduct, and keeps the focus on the issues that other customers and corporate management are most likely to take seriously. Please parents be aware of these behavior specially when going there with your kids. Very unlikely I would be able to go there at least for long time or at least this particular woman is long gone or some change of monument again.
