Her attitude made us feel very uncomfortable and disrespected as customers. We were simply trying to shop, and there was no reason for us to be treated the way we were. I understand that retail can be stressful, but customer service should always remain respectful and professional. A manager sets the standard for the rest of the team, and based on our experience, her behavior did not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect from someone in that position. I hope HomeGoods looks into this matter and reminds its management team that every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect.

They have awesome scents like Champagne Toast which is my favorite! I frequently take advantage of the deals to purchase gifts for my staff! This last visit I had my online cart in the app loaded up for the $9.99 3 wick candle deal and somehow there was an error so when I got to the store after work Monday to pick it up, I was informed the deal ended the day before and my purchase didn't go through. I was bummed and said "oh man, the app still shows it, what could have happened?" The very nice worker told me sometimes the app doesn't refresh. I was totally cool with it and said " Well damn, I guess ill have to wait for the next sale- thanks for your help" She asked me if that was all I was coming in for and I told her I had planned to get 3 as a special gift for staff but that I just can't afford 3 at regular price and thanked her for her help. The worker then told me she would honor the price due to the app not working properly! I was so surprised and appreciative! Such excellent customer service! I shop there online regularly, and rarely in store. Very happy with the in store experience! Thank you Bath and Body Works!
