When this place opened up about 10 years ago, it was an estate resale shop. That meant that they got an extraordinary selection of items from home clear-outs - often whole households full of quality goods. Tools, electronics, kitchenware, toys, books - you name it. Their prices were good too. You used to be able to find some cool stuff almost every visit, and the checkout display case was always filled with cameras, jewelry and interesting tidbits. Over the last year, it's turned into absolute shyte. It appears there are new owners. They are not buying households anymore; the items for sale have all the hallmarks of having been bought by the pound at the Goodwill Outlet. The place is now filled with VERY used clothing, mostly. Hardly any tools, no electronics, crappy cookware and no dishes. No furniture anymore either. And the prices? How does $10 for a heavily scratched Teflon fry pan strike you? **May 2023: Tuesday Afternoon Visit** This shop is huge, but they sell mostly big ticket items like furniture, gadgets etc. There is a modest clothing section, and I actually bought two items - one genuine leather bomber jacket ($10), and a hot pink cowgirl shirt ($7) that I hope to repurpose for the upcoming Barbie movie. Went in not sure what to expect, but nothing could have prepped me for a few tables full of wigs. Found the rest of the store was really old items, not like "cool antique" old... Just - old. The people working there seemed nice, parking was easy, prices were fine, and the place wasn't dirty. But honestly the whole place kinda creeped me out and I won't be back. read more

When you first walk in this store it's signs everywhere letting you know right off the jump cameras are every where which is fine. If you bring in a bag or backpack you have to check it in behind the counter as well. I had a cross shoulder and walked around the store with no problem. A browse around the store I am sure you may find a little something that you may like, some things were priced better than others in my opinion. A little too high for a thrift store. Some of the kids clothing were ok and I didn't really look at the adult clothing because honestly I was ready to leave the store. The second thing that hit me when I walked into the store is it has that very thrift store smell... actually this store wasn't as bad as some other people had said. smelled fine to me, and the prices were great! i got a really pretty dressy dress, pants,and a pale yellow cardigan for 6.00! $2 each! also got a small pin for .99. clothes prices were amazing, and saw some cool orange chairs for 10$ (sadly already sold) there was some junky tables w random crap, but you can find some hidden gems. read more

This is my go to place for basically everything! I was surprised the first time I walked in when I noticed that everything wasn't over priced like most thrift stores tend to be nowadays. They also are always getting in new inventory so every time I go back I'm never disappointed. I bought an an entire queen bed setup, all my decor for when I moved and some quality cutting board, plates and other assorted dishes. They have a great hardware, houseware section. Great for anyone looking to move or find a good deal on just about any used item you may think of. I am never let down whenever I send anyone over there. I never go to retail stores anymore. Whenever I need something, I check here first. The prices are great and you never know what you'll find. Some items are almost brand new and some unique or one of a kind. Things move very fast so if you see something you really like, don't think about it. It won't be there when you come back. I got 4 brand new comforter sets for less than a hundred bucks. They were used for staging model homes. There were other new items used for staging that was sold for cents on the dollar. The staff is super friendly and if you ask, they'll tell you when the next shipment is coming in. It really isn't a thrift store because they do not take donations. They also charge sales tax. My understanding is that they buy entire lots or estates to sell in this store. read more

This is a for profit thrift store. I was appalled at the horrible customer service here. First of all, when I walked in, the two women working there stared at me but did not greet me at all, even though they were both standing two feet away from me. Then one of the ladies (cashier with the lighter hair) walked into me, and instead of walking to the side, she made me move out of the way for her. She did the same thing to my small child, intentionally intimidating her and threatening to run her over. I cannot believe how hostile she was; all she had to do was take one step to the side and walk around us, but instead she had to be pushy and make us move while we were trying to browse. My kid actually got scared and thought this lady was trying to knock her down. Shame on her. Also, there was something that didn't have a price on it, and when I asked how much it was, they made up some ridiculous price, even though the item had damage. Horrible experience and I do not recommend going here. It is a for profit thrift store so they keep all the profit. read more

I enjoyed my experience here. The employees were nice, never had any issues with them during my trip there. The store was a bit disorganized and a bit messy, felt like I had residue on my hands after touching the stuff. Book selection wasn't that big as I would have liked but I found a book as well as a cd and DVD. The DVD selection is bigger than the book section but had a pretty good variety of movies. Cd selection was huge! Plenty of selection from there. Wasn't too interested in the other items but it wasn't there to look at them. But I'll definitely be looking there again in the future, maybe not right away but I will be coming back there. read more

The items are nice but I don't feel welcomed here. We've never been greeted upon arrival...or notice anyone be greeted. No one seems happy to help when you ask for their assistance. I feel bad for my husband because he's always sweet and shows appreciation to the staff for their help but they don't even smile back or say "you're welcome". It's too bad... I love this store! We have been going here since it first opened and it is the best store I have found in SoCal. The people are super nice, and they always have cool items. I have bought clothes, blankets, records, record players, funiture, and more here. All at a reasonable price. Not once have they tried to sell us something broken or damaged in a way that's not obvious. They have even helped load it into our car and provided tools to take it apart and things to protect it during transit. Highly recommended to anyone! Just leave me some stuff lol. read more

WOW! My best friend and I stopped in here to look around and stayed for an hour and a half! I got so many great things, an electric carving knife, a standing jewelry box, hot plates, clothing, shoes, you name it! And all for under $30! Wow? Bad reviews? Why? My son and I have been shopping here for a long time. We have gotten many wonderful deals. I recently purchased a beautiful white oriental piece that proudly stands in my bedroom. The staff is courteous and helpful. Yes, they have cameras. I applaud them. Anything to protect a business is smart. If I think something is expensive, I do my research, and find just what a deal they are offering. It's always been fair.
