This is the worst customer service I've ever had in a dollar tree, their staffing has really lowered their standards. The manager (Evelyn) is very incompetent, the cashier (Elvira) is so rude then has the audacity to get snippy with me & she over charged me (check your receipts) then because her manager is on lunch when she was just helping me. And to top it off the cashier (Elvira) had the biggest hickey on her neck. Like wow how professional. read more

This location smelled like sweat, very dirty in all the isles and only 2 cashiers with 30 ppl in the store. Took 15 minutes to get one item(1:20pm) and the manager is so unprofessional, rude and gives the bare minimum.. would not recommend!! read more

Location is key, and usually grab inexpensive greeting cards at store, although it's not worth my time to wait in a cashier's line that runs back to middle of store! First of all they don't open until nine am so I have to sit in my car for a hour or drive back home.The parking is okay if the gym is close if the gym is open you have to be lucky to find a parking space .I love all the deals they have in the pet section. Very clean store, friendly employees and a well laid out store make it a pleasant shopping experience. Oh yeah, $1 for anything in there makes it really nice, too. I've found many great bargains. Just visiting the area and wanted to go to a dollar tree, I checked reviews and they didn't look great but it was close so I went anyway. And I really liked it. The set up is way different from my local dollar trees and it was pretty big. I have no complaints. They had everything I went there for- and they had some much sight after items I can never find in my stores. Cashier was nice, there weren't tons of boxes in the aisles. There was a long line but employees came up to help break them down. Balloon selection was so so, freezer section was largest I've ever seen. read more
