My Dollar trip in my neighborhood, that is so close to my house, I could walk...is so horrific since Chris the manager has transferred. Chris always had the store stocked and updated, especially with holiday items. No longer the case, Clayton (the new manager!) is always in the office, so I have NEVER seen him work the floor. My Dollar Tree looks like it's closing, empty shelves!!! You look in the back-backroom there are boxes to the ceiling!?!! I hate that I have to drive out of my way to shop at a Dollar Tree!!!!! This is the best dollar tree in Texas. I'm not even from Dallas area but when I come out here, I always stop here because they have everything I can't find anywhere else and it's always so clean! Best selection of products and best customer service! I don't know what they are doing different but whatever it is, keep doing it! read more

I hesitate to write this only because this is THE best Dollar Tree I've been to in the DFW metroplex and selfishly don't want it to get crazy busy! The store is huge and all the products are organized and there isn't inventory just laying around as seen in other stores. Tons of cashiers and inventory! Filthy, dirty, products all over the floors. Don't even consider using the bathroom. This store has been nice for years. The manager (a young woman) told me that the store was dirty because a few employees had called in sick that week. Right. This place hasn't been cleaned in months. Trash in the store. Trash cans overflowing in front of the store. Trash all over their front walk and parking lot. I used to rave about how great this store was. There is no excuse for filth. I hate that family dollar closed and was bought out by dollar tree. It just seems like family dollar had many more items in the store than,dollar tree has now. I don't know if it has to do with the new set up of the location but it just seems like things like hair products, vasoline, shaving items aren't there when the family dollar had that and more. If you haven't been to this location in the past few months and thought it was horrible, you need to go back. The store is well stocked and clean. Every time I go there they always have employees stocking at the Shell and I never see any boxes sitting on carts blocking the aisle. read more

This is never the best Dollar Tree to visit but it is convenient. The store is usually pretty dirty and messy that's overlooked by the fact I can usually get in and out fairly quickly. Most of the employees are very friendly. My last visit wasn't as easy though. There were two people in front of me and it took 15 minutes to check out. Mainly due to the fact the cashier couldn't count. He tried to give the person more change, less change omg it was really annoying to watch this adult struggle with basic math. I have issues myself with math but I can count change. If you can't count how are they going to hire you to be a cashier? The manager finally came over to help him and honestly she wasn't much better. I've never seen either one of them in there and hope I don't again. read more

If you like Dollar Tree, this is the best one in burbs hands down! I've never had a bad experience here, & their rotating staff has always been nice and quick at the checkout. This location is spacious, clean, and has more unique items than other stores. You won't have to bump into other customers going up and down the aisles. I buy bouquets of mylar balloons for all kinds of events & birthdays. They are inexpensive when latex balloons average to $1 at party stores. These mylar balloons stay inflated at least a week! This place is best for gift wrapping & party supplies: all kinds of plastic containers, trays, plastic table clothes, utensils, gift wrap & bows, gift bags, guest napkins, all occasion cards 2 for $1, Christmas decorations, baby shower, birthday...etc. read more

I know this is gonna sound weird, but this was the first time I'd been to a dollar store. I didn't have high hopes for this place, but as soon as I walked in, I was impressed with how big and organized the store is. Originally, I came in to look for Christmas decorations for work, but I ended up going through every single aisle and was surprised at the variety of items they had. You can get a really good deal on party decorations, school supplies, birthday cards, floral items, and whole bunch of other useful goodies. You won't be able to do a one-stop shopping trip in here, but it can definitely save you money on alot of items. The staff is also pretty friendly and the store is big and clean.
