I was looking for a birthday card and some gift wrap for my grandson's upcoming birthday party. There really was a small selection of gift wrap, especially for boys. They had lots of gift bags but my gift is heavy and bigger than what will fit in a bag. He's having an army theme so I was looking for cammo or brown paper. I found a cute card and then on my way to the checkout, a green plastic tablecloth caught my eye. I decided to buy it. Another Dollar Tree Plus. Made an out of the way stop to shop & checkout items for our upcoming egg hunt for our Neighborhood. We usually have 300 prizes on our Palooza of a Prize table. It was a successful shop, due to each Dollar Tree has different choices to purchase. On this trip I was looking for some adorable $5 stuffed animals...dinosaurs & unicorns. Review is for Store #2877 - 6216 Hulen Bend Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76132 Today I needed to purchase some items for an upcoming event. As soon as I finished paying for my items, the Customer Rep quickly hit "the wrong button" on the cash register so that I did not receive a receipt. When I asked for the receipt, I was told I would have to wait to get one, then she promptly went back to processing customers. Another customer in line saw what had happened and asked if she was going to get me my receipt, but she said "No. She's going to have to wait until I get done with all of these customers." After waiting a few minutes, I asked to speak with the Manager on Duty to help resolve the issue because I did not have time to keep waiting indefinitely. It was clear the Customer Rep was becoming frustrated and annoyed that I was asking to be helped as she started displaying a bad attitude and began arguing with me. She rolled her eyes, kept stating she wasn't being rude while trying to explain why I needed to wait until everyone was processed before she would even consider retrieving my receipt. A second Customer Rep joined the argument and began using threatening language while saying repeatedly that the first Customer Rep had been nothing but nice and kind to everyone including myself. They both stated I was the problem and could not wait until I left. Again, the second Customer Rep used threatening language towards me as if she wanted to harm me because I was speaking to the acting Manager about the poor customer service I was receiving. In the end, the Manager gave me a receipt to someone else's purchase. I shop at a lot of Dollar Trees and have never experienced such poor, vile, and hateful customer service like I did today. It was obvious the two young ladies had not received any customer service training based on their willingness to not only argue with a customer in front of other customers, BUT to also use threatening language to suggest they were going to harm me if they thought they could get away with it. While it was clear the acting Manager was trying to help, she allowed the two employees to continue speaking to me in a rude manner while trying to assure me that she would handle them after I was gone. read more

This specific dollar tree is filthy, disgusting, smells dirty. Anytime you walk inside this store the line is super long with literally only one person ever working. It's never ever stocked with items. There are piles and piles and rows of boxes but no one is ever working in restocking. Even the items they do keep restocked are always damaged or half open and still try to sell them... horrible DT any other DT you walk into is well organized and restocked and kept neat. Don't go here you will never find anything.....anytime I give this DT a try I instantly regret it, only reason I ever come here it's because it is 5 minutes away from me. HORRIBLE DT read more

I go out of my way to shop at Dollar Tree located at 6216 Hulen Bend Boulevard in Fort Worth (Store #2877). Like most stores, this Dollar Tree needs more Sales Associates, but I appreciate those who work there. Of all the Sales Associates at this Dollar Tree, Joshua is exceptional. Despite the long lines, Joshua greets everyone, elicits smiles, and provides a level of customer service seldom witnessed today. It's the dollar tree, what can you say?! This place is good if you need a few items, and you want to be in and out quickly. Some of the prices are much cheaper than Walmart or another store, hey, it is the dollar tree! Some items are worth getting here, then others are not. Some items cost a bit more here than at Walmart or another store, some items don't. There are times when this store is busy and others hardly anyone in here. If you're good at shopping, know what items at the store are good and a good value, you can save a lot of money. read more

Went to the Dollar Tree in Richardson on Beltline yesterday. I have only walked into a coupe Dollar Trees since March and was not in them very long as they did not have what I needed. I was never so glad to get out of that Richardson store yesterday, it was filthy, no social distancing was being followed. Masks were being worn by staff but no gloves, only 3 cashiers and lines all the way back down the isles waiting to be checked out with people so close to one another. I may never go back in a Dollar Tree again if they can not adhere to the state and county COVID mandates. Also, I don't know what their capacity is but I would guess that they were over the 50% capacity. This store has gone so downhill and management doesn't obviously seem to care. read more

They have everything you could possibly need here! Sadly nothing is name brand but you'll get what you need when in a time crunch, super budget or just to try something new. I purchased my shipping items here: packing tape, Manila envelopes, bubble wrap, sunglasses, fragrances and more here. The employees are very friendly and helpful when needed. The store itself is very clean and organized which makes my experience 10 times better. Thank you Dollar Tree for being consistent with your products, customer service and prices of course. Best place to buy $1 helium ballons and colorful party supplies. I also buy party plates here. They always restock the party accessories and cards in a timely manner. Great place to save money. I use to buy hair accessories from here and safety pins but they break real fast. It may not be tidy and clean, but it is a money saver store. Also, they offer cash back with a debit card in increments of $5, for a fee of $1, in case you ever need cash. read more

This location is okay. It's smaller than some of the others and doesn't have as much variety. I pick up pet toys for shelter donations and wish they would change the toys out every now and then. read more
