Jose answered the phone with a great attitude, he even when to go check the freezer case to make sure the item was available. It was such a joy to have interaction with a positive employee, since this store is known for rudeness. Later this afternoon I made my drive to Kroger to purchase my groceries. I spoke to Jose in person, and told him he made my day. What was another disappointment, was I waited 15 minutes to speak with the manager, but he never came to the front of the store. You see, I wished to give an employee compliment on Jose. Thanks Jose for being excellent!

Plus the cafe has really good food. We always get pizza and it's great quality for a great price. They also have a playground for little ones. It was tasty, flavorful, filling. It was cooked a little more than I would normally want, but still yummy. the Brioche Bun was good, but did fall apart a little bit. Maybe warming it on the grill had something to do with that. I went with a combo that included a drink cup for the help yourself drink station. The drink station had interesting flavors I have never seen before, and some old standards like coke, diet coke, sprite. The combo also included crinkle cut fries. They were warm, golden brown, delicious but they were a little overdone. Definitely needed some ketchup to help eat them. The staff at the checkout lines were smiling, laughing, friendly, and when they had to check out one of their coworkers, you could see the strong camaraderie amongst the employees.
