I buy a lot of frames and sometimes, if the frames have pictures in them, the price is too much. I liked the frame, but 15$ for not old and kind of cheesy painting off raggedy anne and andy? Nope. When you donate, the guys out back are efficient, and reasonably friendly when you speak to them. I am quite sad to be moving to Floida as I will miss the Broad Street Thrift Mart as bad as I have been missing The Shrimper!

When we went to make the second purchase, the credit line had been closed, so we used the in-house financing through Acceptance NOW. The payments were high and we had 90 days to pay off the loan before major fees were applied. We managed to pay it off, but it was not a pleasant experience. I would shop here again but I would not use the AcceptanceNOW loan. Buyer beware. snap! finance is similar, but they seem to be more transparent about their loan product.

A lady came in crying on the phone. She was an elderly nicely dress. Soft spoken lady & she got in line(6 customers behind me.) This elderly lady was crying on the phone in a very quiet voice waiting to pay for gas. & The cashier overheard somthing the lady said(myself & 4 other customers no for a fact this lady wasnt talking loud & was not using Profanity) when the clerk loudly Exclaimed you can get out of my store talking like that! We visited recently while we were visiting the AFB, and found this exchange had very affordable prices and products. The facility was very clean and well maintained. The staff employees were very friendly, helpful, and professional. I'm sure service members without a vehicle, are very thankful for the base exchange. The Shaw AFB is approximately 45 minutes away from Columbia, SC shopping malls, so it is essentially for many retirees and active duty members.
